All my Dolls are Brand New in the box from an authorized Marie Osmond dealer and are shipped with great care well packaged. Descriptions are accurate to the best of my ability. I package carefully and ship promptly.
I started selling on Ebay in 2001 after I retired after 33 years from a major aluminum company where I was a Purchasing Agent and Inventory Control Manager. I did a lot of travelling to the U.S. consulting on new inventory and purchasing systems to assist in the implementation for the other locations of the company.
I originally started selling just Ty Beanie Babies and have since then expanded to the other Beanie category lines, Care Bears, Marie Osmond Dolls and More.
SHIPPING:
My Shipping and Handling Charges are listed in all of my auctions. Shipping and Handling Charges consist of postage, packaging supplies, printing supplies, baggies, tag protectors, labels, envelopes, listing fees and paypal fees. When you bid on my auctions you are agreeing to my Shipping and Handling fees.
Air Mail Shipping from Canada is taking longer due to Customs checking more Packages. Please be advised that I have no control over Shipping Delays due to items having to go through Customs.
Please allow at least 10-12 Business days for delivery, but this could be longer during peak periods and holidays.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are concerned about slow shipping time then Please Do Not Buy, it is beyond my control. I don't want Low Shipping Stars or Poor Feedback for something that is out of my control. Shipping times have nothing to do with me, my store or my items. Thank you for your understanding.
All items will be declared and insured at the winning bid price as per Postal Regulations. You are responsible for customs and duty charges if applicable.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Refunds will be given for the price of the item only. I will refund your money, less shipping and handling charges on any item returned to me in the same condition it was sent. You must pay all shipping charges for the item to be returned to me. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay shipping costs for returned items. Items must be sent back within 3 days of the item being received by the buyer.
