Welcome to My Piece of Ebay
I met ebay almost 13 years ago(before they started keeping tabs). Since then we have formed a super relationship. I have an addiction to buying anything and everything that catches my eye. I change collections like most people change....well you know. I have passed all of these fun things to my children. We store some of our things and the rest? EBAY. Yes, Ebay and I became friends when I found them first to shop, then to clean out my house, and then to help clean my neighbor's houses, and the list continues to grow. Every day is an Ebay day. Yes, everyone has policies but mine are simple. The customer is almost always right. I take checks as I believe that most people are honest. I do not hold an item, I send as soon as I receive payment as I know you are anxious to see your "treasure". If you send your correct address in payment, this happens much faster. I mail on Tuesday, and Friday. I live in a very small town and we have no Post office service on Saturdays. FEEDBACK is essential and I leave it the day I mail or the day before/after. I mail on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. I love giving positive feedback but I have given negative if the problem just can't be resolved. I don't like to but sometimes you have to take that step. I also wait 15 days for payment and if it is not received within that time frame I will post a NON PAY BID ALERT. I used to email a reminder but found that I would get the runaround for more than a month. (As the saying goes One bad apple...) This does not affect your status as within the next 10 days if you pay you still get pos feedback from me. If payment is not made within the next 10 days, then I will file a FINAL VALUE FEE REQUEST which WILL leave a mark on your record. Postal problems are handled via the post office (ie lost pkgs, breakage). I do not charge for packing your item, only for the mailing and insurance. (Does a store charge you for the box, bag, etc???) Refunds are only given if the item is not as described and if within 7 days of purchase. Well enough of that, welcome to my home within a home.
