Music is a big part of my life. There is not much I don't listen to. But you list a song and I can tell you when it came out and what I was doing at the time!
I am a GREAT BIG movie buff! Especially oldies. Just give me some popcorn and I am ready! A few movies I highly recommend...UNSTRUNG HEROES, SAYONARA, LOVE SONG FOR BOBBY LONG, FLY BOYS, HARVEY,A PATCH OF BLUE, just to name a few.
I love to read history, thriller, mysteries, fiction and non fiction. One of my favorite authors is James Lee burke.
I love Sundays! Quality time with my Husband, family, and the outdoors!
I am a big collector of vases (this began when my Husband began to run out of vases to bring in to me filled from our Gardens). I also love to collect various plates, unique servers, old vintage stuff, you know! Everytime I go to the Veteran's Thrift store, I leave with a plate(s) or vase(s). Love the fact my dinnerware does not match!
My Granddaughter is the highlight of my life. God gave her to me when my son first went to S Korea, God knew I needed her! Her Grandpa and I spoil her with all we can give ...we fish, garden, read, craft, bake, you name it, we do it. Our whole world stops revolving when we are with her.
I have always enjoyed buying for her (my only real addiction), clothes, books etc., as some of my fellow ebay sellers can attest to. Some of my customers watch my store for newly listed girl items because they are always high quallity and a bargain! I love a Bargain!
That's how I began my Ebay store, I decided after 4 years I could not keep everything I ever bought for her. I became ill and needed a source of income from my home. Ebay works out great because it is fun for me, and I still have time to support our troops, the items I sell on Ebay help fund my financial needs for that support. I still use a percentage of my sales for Operation Top Knot and Soldiers in need. Ebay also kept me close to my computer, my main communication with my son in Iraq.
I also rely on the income for personal finances as well. These days it takes two!That's why I work 10 hour days or more with my store!
I take a lot of pride in everything I do and it shows with my ebay store.I strive to offer something for everyone, high quality items,fun stuff, collectibles, books,if I like it, I buy it and list it. If it's collecting dust in my house, is in EUC, I list it!
I love communicating with my customers, I do a lot of research daily to see what people need or want and my resources for fulfilling those needs. I never try to profit on shipping, in fact I go out of my way to give my customers the best opportunity to save on shipping.

I would have to say though, that my favorite part of owning my own ebay store, besides the fun, is all the people I meet. Some have already become part of my (extended) family, it's how I was brought up.( Never cooked dinner in small portions because a friend or family always dropped in to eat and visit.!)
My customers and fellow ebayer sellers are a new bright light in my life. So stop by often, have a cup of coffee and get to know me!
