We are proud to say we have been serving the ebay community since 1998. Although our business continues to grow thanks to our customers, we are still a small family business. In most cases your questions or concerns will be answered by myself, Stephen Selvaggio.

From my very first listing ever on ebay, to the hundreds we post every week, I still pride myself on quality products, at bargain prices. We stand behind what we sell with a 30 day replacement warranty. In a rare instance when you have an issue with one of our items, in most cases it will be resolved the same day.

How and how quickly do you ship.

We ship the next business day after payment is received through UPS.  We can also ship via priority mail from the post office, but that can delay shipment by a couple of days.  We ship everything UPS ground,  although you can easily upgrade to UPS 3Day, 2nd day air, or next day air.  We are proud to ship to APO addresses, and military ships at sea, using US priority mail insured.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept paypal, and the item must ship to a confirmed address as well as most major credit cards directly.

Why should I buy from you?

Most importantly because we need the money.  That however may not be enough of an incentive so we encourage you to check

• Our long history. Particularly in what we sell, there are a lot of sellers who come and go, and you never know what you are going to get, or if they will be there if there is a problem. When you buy from MistyElectronics, you are buying from an ebay seller now entering the 8th year of selling.
• We ship everything the next business day,  and you will receive tracking information both from ups and from us.
• We stand behind everything we sell and warranty everything for 30 days.
• Extended warranties are available for pennies a day for up to three years.

 If I buy more than one item will you combine shipping?

If you purchase more than one of our items we will combine the shipping  and reduce the shipping price, assuming they ship at the same time to the same address.  Also, if you want to purchase a volume amount of the same item you see, contact us.  In most cases we can set up a special auction that only you can bid on, which will allow us to sell you the items at a reduced rate while still covering you under ebay's buyer protection plan.
