your return policy?
Mitchell's 10 Day Money
Back Guarantee If the item is not as described feel free to return
the item within 10 days of receiving, for a full refund. Items that
are described correctly can not be returned as there are fees involved
in managing online auctions.
If I win
one of your auctions how will I be contacted?
All winning bidders are
contacted by e-mail after the auction ends with payment instructions.
We give several options on payment including online payment, PayPal,
checks, and money orders. Once your payment is received you should
receive another e-mail letting you know. The next step should be your
package promptly arriving to your door.
How do
you ship items?
We take great care in
our shipping and packaging as many of the items we sell are antiques
and collectibles. We use professional packaging materials and put
in the extra effort to be sure the package makes it safely to it's
destination. We normally ship Via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation
and Insurance on items that sell for over $50.00 We also ship heavier
items by UPS Ground.
