I've lived in the United States (Midwest, East Coast, the South) and in Europe (Netherlands, Sweden, Iceland).  Shopping is a joy in any Country or State.  I can tell you the word for 'sale' in eight languages (as well as the word for beer...) 

I love to shop for clothing, accessories and homegoods.  Now that we are located in New York City, NY--there is such a variety available to buy and shopping is quite a bit more exciting.

The only challenge with living in NYC is that I have a tendency to buy too much for my little apartment to handle.  I have to constantly edit my 'collection', thus my eBay store "HIT THE JACKPOT!" comes to my rescue.  The items I list are mostly from my personal collection and are lightly used or new.  They are pieces that I buy for myself or someone else -- not just items bought to resale.

I try to be very honest and fair as a merchant.  Communication is key to a successful retail relationship.  Please feel free to ask questions about items, shipping, packing, etc.  I am not a retail store.  I do not have access to fancy packaging, I am all about recycling--but packing an item in appropiate manner.  I do not add on 'handling' costs.  I do have to walk to the post office or take the subway, so schleping items around isn't always easy.
