First let me tell you a little about myself. I am a happily married stay at home mom. I have two wonderful children. Brett 12 and Caitlynn 2. I have been married to my wonderful husband Ryan for 3 years now.
Up until I found out I was excpecting my 2nd child I had been working in retail for the past 10 years. So I have lots of experience with customer service. My husband and I agreed that I would stay at home and be with the children as much as possible.
I began selling after I became overun with my daugters outgrown clothing and since there were no other little girls in my family at the time. I decided to sell them on Ebay to get rid of them and to make a little extra spending money. I discovered that it was lots of fun and yes lots of work also. But it helps me contribute to my family financially also.
Having worked in retail I was always told that customer service comes first and that you should always do your best to make the customer happy. I continue that in making sure that my ebay customers are always happy with the entire transaction. From describing my items to the best I can to shipping as soon as I possibly so you get your item as soon as possible.
I am however only human and I will miss something or make a mistake but I will always be willing to do whatever I reasonably can to make my buyers happy with their items and with me.
