What are your payment terms for the item I won on eBay?
1. The auction must be payed within 10 days of the
close of the auction.
2. We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Personal and
Business Checks, and Credit Cards over the Telephone ONLY. Credit cards we accept are
Visa, Mastercard, and Discover ONLY. We do not currently participate

3.I bid on the wrong item, or for some other reason, will not
be able to pay for the item I won. What do I do?
Ebay has a non-paying bidder
policy, but the procedure is primarily intended for dead-beat
bidders who were never going to pay for their item anyway. We
have our own procedure when circumstances arise that do not
warrant an official Ebay report. We feel it is fair to both seller and
bidder.
In order to mitigate any
further actions with Ebay against you, we reserve the right to
ask you to remit a non-paying bidder relisting fee of $5-15,
depending on the value of the item you bid on. The fee will
help us with listing fees and commissions when bidders do not
pay, along with our time to list and re-list the item. Your
cooperation will help keep prices lower in the future.
1. Return Policy
When you purchase a product from Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry,
your satisfaction is guaranteed. We
will do our best to work out a solution that is fair for both parties.
Please call M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and speak to
Joel Sandoval regarding returns. Here are some general
guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
Merchandise purchased from Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry
may be returned within 10 days for a refund, less shipping
charges, under the following conditions:
1. If the product is
defective or breaks under normal playing conditions.
2. If the condition rating listed in the auction is different
from the condition you believe it should have been rated.
Under the following
conditions, Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry will pickup the item
you received via UPS, and give you a full refund against your
original purchase:
1. The item you received is
not the item you bid on and won in an auction.
2. The item you received arrives broken or damaged from the
delivery process (e.g., a broken shaft).

Please use our shipping calculator in the auction to figure the exact shipping cost to your
location.

If you are from a country other than the US and the calculator does not give you a price, it is because the
item is either too heavy or the box is too big to ship through USPS. FedEx usually can carry the larger items but
the price is usually extremely high.
Be sure to change the drop down box to the country you wish to ship to.
US territories such as Puerto Rico and APO zip codes will not show a shipping amount in the calculator. Please
contact us either through email or at 1-800-828-7296 for shipping quotes.
Shipping totals are as stated with the calculator. Please note that shipping charges stated in the auction are
for either UPS or USPS and are non negotiable.

If I buy more than one item, do I have to pay two shipping
charges?
If you purchase one or more items within the 10 days of the first item to end, you can put
the items onto one order form. A discount is usually applied for multiple items being shipped together unless the
items purchased can not be shipped in one box.
The US Postal Service is used for packages going to Hawaii, Alaska, All US Territories
outside of the continental United States, APO Zip Codes, and international purchases. International buyers can
use the shipping calculator to determine their shipping rates. All other USPS customers can contact us via email
or telephone to get a quote.
Yes. We use USPS to ship our packages internationally. You may use our shipping calculator
to get your shipping quote. Please note that all estimated arrival dates are just that, an estimate. Shipping
may take longer or shorter depending on Customs and your individual country's postal service.
6. Can I pick the item up and save shipping
charges?
You are welcome to stop by
our Internet Sales Department by appointment only to pick up your
item. Please call 1-800-828-7296. We are located
at 13815 San Pedro Rd, San Antonio, TX 78216. Please note that you will be
charged 8.25% sales tax.
1. Will Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry provide me with
positive
feedback following a successful transaction?
Our system is designed to leave you feedback approximately
the next day after your item is shipped. If you find
that somehow we have not left you a positive feedback, please
contact us immediately and we will promptly and happily
comply. We greatly appreciate any positive feedback you can
provide us. We respect your hard earned feedback numbers
and are happy to participate in this system.
2. Is the picture on the auction of the actual item?
In 99% of all auctions, we
take a picture of the actual item you will receive. On
occasion, we will use a stock picture to represent any items
we have multiples of. One example might be Adams Tight Lies,
where we have purchased a large quantity that all look the
same. On our one of a kind used items, we take a unique
picture of the item.
We do not end our auctions early unless there has been an
error that we must account for.

What if I am the high bidder and the item didn't meet the
reserve?

to find out the reserve price. If you are the high bidder, you
are under no obligation to buy.
5.Who is responsible for technical issues regarding eBay?
Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry does not have control over technical eBay
issues such as
userid, password, or site usage and policy questions. If you

Do you take trades for eBay items?
Yes, we do take trade-ins,
provided that you are the winner of the auction. We will work
with you on an acceptable price for your items and you will
pay any difference in the negotiated price using one of our
accepted payment methods. We can only estimate a trade-in
value over the phone, and the final quote will not be given
until we receive the items. We reserve the right to refuse any
trade-in at any time.
