8.) Contact attempted many times, seller never responded very unprofessional conduct, left

We emailed this buyer 3 times, he responded to the first asking if we accepted pay pal, which we
post in the auction and in email that we only accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks, we
responded to him letting him no that we do not accept pay pal at this time and the acceptable forms
of payment, he responded stating that payment was in the mail. We sent him a reminder after 20
day's and then filed on him, he did not respond to eBay's reminder, after 12 days we left him negative
feed back stating the date the auction closed and never received promised payment. 2 weeks later he
retaliated by leaving us a negative.
7.) Complaint: Added inflated hidden charges, which I refused to pay... Rip off !!! Beware !!!,

We post all fees in the auction and always have, we post S/H Insurance charges in the auction
description in 14 pica bold print, we never hide anything. This gentleman promised to send payment
and never did, we repeatedly emailed him with no response. 46 day's after the auction ended we left
him negative stating the date the auction closed and payment not received. He never once responded
to our email save the first one and never informed us he had a problem with the S/H. He has also
went as far as to state he will slander us to all of our bidders in hopes of costing us our business. If
you look at our past and present auctions you will see we post everything up front including S/H as
we our selves are leery about bidding on an item when the S/H fees are not posted.
6.) Complaint: Don't buy from him, he screwed me big time, He does not deliver the product.

This item was a DSS F card, we did not know much about it and posted it as an H card, our
mistake, we where never given the opportunity to correct it by either sending him a refund or
replacing the card, he immediately emailed us threatening to come to Houston and harm us and our
family, this is why you will see he has been suspended for terroristic threats. Though we deserved the
neg for our error in describing the item, we did not deserve to have our lives or that of our family
threatened.
5.) Complaint: Seller did not contact, relisted item,posted negative,&never responded.

We emailed this person 2 times, he responded to both with promised payment but never sent it. At
this time eBay had not yet implemented there policy of having sellers file NPB alerts so they could
also remind the buyer to pay for his item. This gentleman simply retaliated because we left him
negative. Since the NPB alert has been in affect this gentleman appears to have been suspended for
repeat offenses of bidding and not paying for items he won.
4.) Complaint: Charges to much postage and tries to rip people off. Not me dead beat, neg left

This person was emailed 4 times with no response what so ever. The S/H as always is clearly posted
in large bold lettering for anyone viewing the auction to see before bidding. This person never once
complained about S/H charges, bid on the item fully aware of S/H charges and still did not ask us
about it, then chose to ignore our repeated emails, left us negative after we left neg for him for non
payment and no response.
3.)Complaint: Sold fiberglass flyrod as bamboo.Agreed to refund,then made excuses to keep
$135, neg left 8/2/99 by nightheron Item# 125010782
Fully agreed to refund, however as he was told, the Item must be repackaged carefully utilizing the 7'
of bubble wrap we used to pack it in to keep it from being damaged in shipment. The gentleman
repackaged the rod, very carelessly, using old news paper instead of the bubble warp provided to
him, shoved the rod in it's metal tubing with NO protection, when it arrived it was severely damage,
scarring throughout the finish of the rod, the threads holding the eyelet's on where severed by the rob
being allowed to rub against it self, irreversible damage done to the rod. We informed him of the
damage and where told we where just making excuses so we shipped the rod back to him, he signed
for it, and became angry when told he breached the agreement when he carelessly repackaged the
item allowing severe damage to occur to the rod where it was no longer salable.
2.)Complaint: item was not in good cond DID NOT WORK AND WONT REFUND.SAVE

This item was a cable box converter. The description clearly stated to check with your local cable
company for compatibility, which this gentleman did NOT do and admitted so in his email to us. The
description also clearly stated to Know What You Are Bidding On. Item Sold As Is, No Refunds,
Exchanges, or Warranties. He did not read the auction fully and did not check with his cable
provider, when he found out that this was not the unit his provider used he complained and asked for
a refund which was denied.
1.)Complaint: tried to extort $2.80 out of me for no reason, refuses to sell item now, rude., neg left

This item was a Cindy Lauper LP, we have posted ALL S/H as well as any other charges, in our
Auction Descriptions from the 1st day we posted an item on eBay. He did not question the S/H
which was $5.00 for priority ( we use heavy grade specially cut Album mailers for shipping LP's as it
reduces the chance of warping or other damage.) which was placed in bold large letters. He decided
he no longer wanted the item, rather then telling us he ignored our email until we left negative fb for
him. After which he emailed us and told us that do to our high feedback rating we could afford tog et
a negative and he would leave us negative for leaving him a negative for non-payment.
(All above complaints are in there entirety and have not been altered by us. This is simply created to allow all of our potential bidders to be able to view our negative feedback without having to go through the many, many hundred positives we have, we hope it has been of assistance for you in determining if you would like to buy from us or not.)
