The following is a bit about how we do
business:
Payment:
- After winning the auction, an email with checkout
procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. All
payments must go through our checkout.
- We accept the following payment methods: PayPal,
money order, cashier's check and cash at senders own risk.
- We accept credit card payment through Paypal only.
- Payments are expected within 7 days after the last
winning auction is closed. Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed
with eBay upon nonreceipt of payment.
- Bidding on multiple
auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and
complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from
us.
- Once you have completed the checkout, you will not
be able to combine any additional auctions. We start to process and rush
your order once checkout is completed with payment.
Returns:
- We stand behind every product we sell. If you're
not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or
refund the product price less S&H within 7 days of your purchase via
parcel post (USPS).
- For any exchange or refund, we need the original
receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must
be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code,
packaging, and all the accessories.
- Open software, music, games, and movies are not
eligible for returns.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to
be processed.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
U.S.
Shipping:
- How much is shipping
and handling (S/H)? The shipping and handling costs will be
clearly noted on the auction item page.
- For multiple purchases I will invoice you for
Combined Shipping and Handling. Please wait for your invoice before
paying to ensure you are getting the savings.
- Priority mail service is available to the following
places: AA (APO/FPO), AE (APO/FPO), AP
(APO/FPO), Alaska,
Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US
Virgin
Islands.
- Combined shipping is only limited to the auctions
listed under the seller account: Mostly_Disney_R_Us.
- Please make sure the Ship-To address you input
during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or
undeliverable addresses.
- We are in a No Sales Tax State and we do not charge
any sales tax to anyone..
International Shipping:
- How much is shipping
& handling for Int'l orders (S/H)? The shipping and
