Because demand for our items has been so great, we’ve had to make a change in our shipping practices: 1) We no longer will be using UPS as a shipper, and instead have decided to work with FedEx and the USPS. In particular:
2) We will be shipping twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays. We will be shipping out our FedEx Ground and USPS shipments on these days ONLY. This means, if you win an auction on Monday night, it will not get shipped out until the coming Friday. As well, if you buy an item on a Sunday night, it will get shipped out the next day.(Monday) 3) THE ONLY TIME WE NOW SHIP THAT DAY OR THE DAY AFTER IS IF you asked for a 2nd-day Air shipment, or Overnight, then your shipment will go out the day you ordered (or the following day, if it’s after 3:00 PM EST) Due to our increased work-load, we’ve had to institute these policies to make sure that we can meet the goals we promise to you. As well, we’ve had some issues in the past with shipments of items through the USPS. This may be because of the Postal Service, Customs, overseas issues, or migratory predators. We’re honestly unsure… but please know, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND using USPS. We will gladly discuss shipment options with you regarding any of our items, including even using YOUR shipping account with a carrier to save you money! Lastly, regarding pricing of our shipments, We pack our items well. We ship out as fast as possible. We also guarantee satisfaction to our customers. This costs time and money. We can only make guesses at many costs of shipments using the tools out there to help price out the fees beforehand. And while many costs are correct, often, they can be misleading, or secondary fees can add additional overhead after the fact. An $8 estimate can become $11 very fast. Especially when using a courier service (FedEx, UPS, DHL, RPS). If you EVER have questions regarding our shipping quotes, shipping costs, fees, practices, or such, PLEASE CONTACT US! Taking care of issues after-the-fact is never an easy situation. We’d rather handle your concerns before they happen! |
