Quality
All merchandise is legal (no bootlegs or copies). All new merchandise is factory sealed. All used merchandise is in excellent condition unless otherwise noted.
Shipping
Items are shipped USPS. Shipping cost is calculated based on the items weight and dimensions, and the buyers location. This insures that the buyer will pay only what is necessary to cover shipping cost at the post office. Items are shipped the business day after payment is received, if not the same day (unless otherwise noted on the storefront at the time of purchase.)
Packaging
Most items will be sent in an envelope with bubble wrap or other form of padding. Larger items will be sent in a box with some form of padding. This insures the item is not broken in the mail.
Payment
Payment should be received within 48 hours of purchase. The item won't be shipped until payment is received. PayPal is the preferred method of payment. I also accept check or money order. However, if you must pay with a personal check, allow several weeks for the check to clear before the item is shipped.
Free Packaging Service
Are you buying this item as a gift? Contact me through ebay immediately after you purchase the item and I will wrap it for you for free and also include a name tag. If you would like occasion specific wrapping paper, such as Christmas, or a birthday, let me know, and I will use it.
Refunds
Merchandise may be refunded for money back within seven days after you receive the item, if it meets one the following conditions. If an item doesn't work, it may be refunded for money back. If the item works, but you would like to return it anyway, the item must be in the same condition that it was when you bought it. For example, if it was new, it must still be unwrapped. If it was used, it must still have the case, and all other parts that came with it. We do not return intentionally damaged merchandise. The buyer pays the shipping cost.
