Shipping is combined when possible. It is not always possible. If you need a shipping quote prior to buying, please send a list of item numbers in your ebay question. The list must include item numbers. Simply sending descriptions such as 'butterfinger bars' or 'lemon lime gatorade' will not get you a fast or accurate quote. We have a few different listings created for many of our products, so ebay item numbers are required.
Orders have a 3 day processing time from when payment clears until the order ships. This does not include Sunday when the post is closed. From shipment, orders take 14 days to arrive, on average. With 14 being average, that means some are quicker and some take longer.
If you are in Italy, it is known that customs can be as quick as 3 weeks or take as long as 2 months. It does not matter which shipping method is used.
It is important you are familiar with what will pass through your customs office. Though the rate seen for shipping in each listing is good for all countries listed, it is a template for the listing and not a guarantee that the item is OK for your country. Please know your laws.
Paypal is the preferred payment method. I Shop 4 You II will accept postal orders in US Dollars or US cash sent with signature confirmation.
Payments must clear before any item will ship.
Unpaid item disputes are filed after 7 days of no payment. Pending payments are excluded. If we are waiting on an echeck to clear, no dispute will be filed.
I Shop 4 You II is very flexible. Orders can be mutually cancelled if communication is kept open. If you need to cancel the order, do not ignore the sale and skip payment. Simply send a message. We will file the cancellation form. You will then receive an email from ebay. Follow the instructions in the email to officially cancel the sale. If you do not cancel the sale on your end, there is nothing else we can do. We will get our fees back by ending communication. This will result in an unpaid item strike for you. Be sure to do your part since we are happy to file the cancel form for you.
