My Busy Page!

Life can never be boring! Around here there is absolutely never a dull moment! We are grandparents, we raise all manner of feathered critters, (including racing pigeons), and a few furry ones when we can. And one of these days we will have horses and ponies again. We have built our own Alaskan log home, and it was all by hand! And we travel (when we can get away)! Last winter I learned how to mush dogs. I have a small dog team and I race some, but not to worry, I will not be going to the Iditerod just yet! Best advise for and exciting life: Never give up! And Keep learning! |

Adventures with Technology! Last winter I took the plunge and got into e-bay. I could barely turn on the silly computer! But I took my own advise and I am having a ball, and now look at me! I am learning how to do a web page (or something similar). Well, the plan for the next few months is - keeping a few things going on e-bay - and really creating a web page! And finally, this winter I have created not just one but two pages! In the mean time I do play on e-bay occasionally. I enjoy an auction and I buy as well as sell. When I buy, I (nearly always) pay the same day the auction ends. Tho, I got caught short in December and the computer I was using would not let me log into PayPal! Sheesh! But the seller was patient! When I sell, I ship as soon as I get the payment, and I stay in contact with my buyer! Most important, I leave feedback! I have never left negative - yet - but if I cannot resolve an issue I just might! Items I sell are usually of the garage sale type items, or pieces of material. This is a smoke free home, but there are dogs and birds in here. I keep items clean, and I describe items to the best of my ability. I am happy to answer any questions that are sent to me, to include info about my Beloved Alaska!
