eBay Member mtvsemaj( 171) since Monday, Nov 20, 2000 and now with Power Seller* Status!
I want my customers to be content with the purchase experience on eBay. I try not to overwhelm my listings with T&Cs. I strongly believe, that if the seller makes a mistake, or sells a defective product, the customer should not pay a penny, and should be eligible for a 100% refund (incl. ALL s&h). It is my intention to completely disclose all pertinent information about the condition of the items that I am selling.
My goal is each and every customer's total satisfaction with their
purchase.
* In order to become a Power Seller one must meet eBay's criteria, and only those members in great standing will qualify to join this exclusive club.

I recently had a string of bouts with scammers (=thiefs), so this is a note to them: I will not be victimized!
To all my fellow honest eBayers, here's why I do not ship to unconfirmed PayPal addresses anywhere! PayPal gives any account holder 60 days to report misuse of their account. PayPal is not a bank account, and PayPal will put the funds on hold while they investigate, and you may never see the money. So my recommendation to all of you is to do the same. If buyer's PayPal address is not confirmed, PayPal is not a payment option.Feedback:
As "Seller" I leave feedback after it is received.
Background information on negative/neutral feedback received:
So far I've received 1 negative feedback. It was a long time ago and I was relatively inexperienced at eBay as was the buyer. The item I sold was a brand new ATA 150 HDD accelerator card that came bundled with a Maxtor HDD. I had opened the box and I broke the eletrostatic seal. My item description did not say that it was sealed, only that it was "new". The buyer told me that he felt I should have disclosed the broken seal. He said he was going to leave neutral feedback. What I learned from this is that breaking the original factory seal is something that definitely needs to be disclosed, and in all cases one should provide as much detail as possible.
