When will my order ship? Music for All does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. All orders shipped within the USA will have a tracking number. We will forward to you order confirmation and a tracking number within 48 hours of shipment. Any order that is sent within the Continental USA will be processed the fastest, either same day or the next business day. Spam blockers that you may have sometimes prevent our emails from reaching you. Please make the necessary adjustments so you are able to receive the tracking number for your package from packagetracking@music-instruments.biz
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Items shipped UPS ground typically arrive at the shipping destination three to seven days from the date they are shipped. Music for All does offer UPS 3 day Select, 2nd day air and Next Day air. Items shipping UPS two day or USPS Priority mail for example will arrive two days from the date of being shipped. If an item is needed within a certain time frame, the only way to guarantee delivery is to choose expedited shipping. Should you order an item out of stock, you will be notified with in twenty four hours and will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund on the item.
I live in Alaska/Hawaii, how will you ship? Music for All will usually send UPS to Alaska and Hawaii, with service taking 5-8 business days to arrive. Depending on the weight of the item, we may send US Postal Service "Priority Mail" to Alaska and Hawaii and process your order online. If USPS does not recognize your address, items have to be physically taken to the post office. Your order may take up to 48 hours to be sent. All packages are fully insured with delivery confirmation. Extra ship cost will apply. Please use the UPS ship calculator at checkout to figure ship cost for your item(s). What types of payment do you accept? We only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and US Postal Money orders only. US Postal Orders are available at your local post office. Any other type of money order, personal check etc...is not an acceptable from of payment and will be returned to sender and the order cancelled.
What is your return policy? We guarantee your complete satisfaction for 30 days after your order ships. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after your order ships please call or email Music for All at: sales@music-instruments.biz for a Return Materials Authorization number, (RMA). You will be provided with all the information needed to return the item. Any item returned without a RMA number will be returned to sender unopened.
Are there any exceptions to your Return Policy? Yes there are. Any instrument or device that has touched the lips or ears of an owner cannot be returned due to health regulations. This includes but is not limited to: Headsets, Harmonicas, Microphones, Mouthpieces, Ear Plugs, etc. Any Cymbal or similar instrument cannot be returned because wear is easily evident. Printed music such as books and sheet music, videotapes, DVDs, Sample Libraries, Style Disks, Sound Expansion Boards, Sound Cards, and Software or Recording Media of any kind (which may also include hardware bundled with software) cannot be returned once opened due to copyright law. Disposable items such as Drumheads, Drumsticks, Instrument care Products, Cleaning supplies Tubes, Strings, Rosin, etc. because they are disposable items.
Who pays for returned shipping cost? There are 3 different types of returns.
1). If you choose to return a product for any reason in exchange for a different product, we pay the shipping charges on the product we ship to you in exchange for the product you return, but you are responsible for the return shipping on the product you send back, and we do not credit any original shipping charges toward the exchange.
2). In the case of an outright return for refund, we refund the full purchase price of the product, but you are responsible for return shipping on the product you are returning and we do not credit the original shipping charges toward the exchange.
3). If the return is needed as a result of damage, defect, or our mistake, we pay the shipping charges - both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item. After all, we know that's why you shop with music-instruments.biz. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of music-instruments.biz and its returns department.
Does Music for All charge for restocking? It is not the policy for Music for All to charge a restocking fee on returned goods, however there may be exceptions.
We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear and with all of the original contents and packaging. Contents consist of any included parts and accessories, as well as the warranty card and manual without user's notes or markings. Packaging includes all inner and outer packaging, complete with the original barcode affixed.
Items not returned in the condition described here may be subject to restocking fees (up to 20% of the purchase price as determined by our cost of replacing the missing items including a processing fee for this labor-intensive process) or refusal of the return. Larger items and items that we ship directly from our vendors can be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee may apply if you refuse delivery or as a result of delivery exceptions, as well as from a typical return.
