As a writer and, until recently, editorial columnist, I have little time for shopping, especially at Christmas time, which puts the burden on my husband. Realizing there was an alternative, Ebay and I have become best friends, not just at Christmas, but for all my holiday and family celebration needs. Remember, I'm a writer so, of course, the plot thickens! Lowry devises a plan!

During one of my 'droughts' better known as writer's block, I began assessing my surroundings and came to the conclusion that I had a lot of 'stuff'; treasures too valuable to trash, yet not memorable enough to keep. At times, I've found I had duplicates of figurines (which I love) and wasn't aware of it. I'm captivated by tastefully decorated yards, so I keep a stock of garden decor for my personal use as well as yours. Novelty items intrigue me, so when I see one I buy it, not just one, though. I don't forget my customers who just might feel the same way! Following the simple step by step method, Figurines and Things became a reality. My sales have been good, interaction with Ebayer's tremendous. I'm now doing the things I do best, writing, buying and now, selling. Gotta love it! I'm constantly adding new items, lowering prices, and trying to please my customers in every aspect of selling. Always open to suggestions, I'm here to listen and to please those who visit my store!
