Teko sits on my lap while I list so there is always the slight possibility of a hair being on your item. I do my best to avoid this by checking everything carefully before packaging but I thought I had better let you know.
If you have a Yahoo email address and you don't hear from me regarding your payment or shipping info, it's because, for some reason, my ISP doesn't communicate well with Yahoo. Sometimes I get the email back as undeliverable - sometimes I don't. If you don't hear from me within 24 hours, please let me know and I will email you via the Ebay website.
During the winter, the wood furnace is going. Men's shirts are hanging in the basement, covered with a plastic tarp. There are also several bins that are covered but it's possible that, even tho I am airing things before shipping, they may have a faint wood smoke odor. Please email to let me know if there is - I'll just haul everything back up to the spare bedroom.
I also love candles. I try to remember not to burn them around my items when listing but I sometimes forget. So if the items smells like vanilla, apple, pumpkin pie, etc., this is why.
My plan is to work Monday thru Friday but if I'm available, I will answer emails within a few hours on the weekends also. If I get a chance to go fishing, you won't get an answer until nighttime hours.
Also, in case of allergies, you should know I get my inventory at a variety of places so I cannot guarantee it hasn't been around smoke. Everything gets washed before being shipped, including pictures, figurines, etc. New with tags items get hung outside for a day or 2.
I never overcharge you for shipping. No matter how many items you buy, there will only be ONE .50 handling fee per package.
SHIPPING SPECIAL - all items with old shipping special are included in this - buy 3 or more items, get 1/2 price shipping.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE don't ask me to mark the customs form as a gift. Totally illegal to do so. If I forget to change the shipping in any invoice, PLEASE REMIND ME!! (This will only be with REASONABLE best offers or full price.
I don't consider a transaction over just because the item(s) have left my house. When you let me know, either by email or feedback, that you have received it, I will leave feedback. I check every day so there should be no problem. If there IS a problem, please email me immediately so that we can work it out.
Now, about these stars - you are asked to evaluate us sellers. I'm really puzzled by getting zinged on the speed of shipping and the shipping/handling ones. Anything paid for by 9:30 or so Central time, gets shipped the same day. After that time, it goes out the next morning. Can't be much faster than that but my stars are dinged. I charge actual shipping cost plus ONE .50 handling fee - it's right in the listing so if you bid, you shouldn't be able to complain - still getting dinged there. I cannot control the rates or the amount of time the USPS takes to get your items to you. Please check your shipping label to see when it was shipped and what I paid to do so. Also, if you purchase insurance, you will have to look at the email Endicia sends to see that I purchased it - it doesn't show up on the shipping label.
