My name is Mike Cassidy. Or as the children of Kathmandu Nepal call me ...Mike Sir...or MikeNepal... I have seen first hand, the devastation of the Destitute, Blind & Orphaned children in the Remote regions of Eastern Nepal. As an Independent Volunteer...I paid my own expenses over the last couple of years to travel to Nepal and lend a hand. My only source of funding....the Generosity of Friends like You...
It all started through tripswithamission a program which serves the children of Nepal, India, Ghana, Belarus & Malawi through Schools, Orphanages and Sponsorships. I chose Kathmandu Nepal...
In Nepal...a small country at the foot of the Himalayas, I visit 6 Orphanages & 2 schools with time off from my job at ACME. I am pictured here with the children from St Devi's Academy where with the Generous Donations I receive from friends like you, coworkers, customers & neighbors We bring Hope to these children so desperately in need.
There are 55 Orphans at St Devi's & 250 students. Nine Nepal Orphans need Sponsors to continue to live there.
I currently Sponsor one child. $50 per month rescues a child from abandonment, street life & poverty and puts them into the arms of a Certified care & Protection program such as St. Devi's Academy & Orphanage in Kathmandu Nepal.
