I am a 29 year old Father of 1 suffering from a rare liver disease (Called PSC) that will require me to get a transplant, (and of course not be able to live a full life) and keeps me from working. I am a stay at home father and my Fiance works a full time job. While at home with my daughter. I was a firefighter for 7 years and am starting to run again when I am feeling well volunteering.
