Newark InOne Outlet is required to charge, collect and remit state and local sales taxes in all states EXCEPT: AK, DE, HI, ID, MT, NH, ND, OR, SD and WY.
Except for the states listed above, sales tax will always be added to your order total during checkout. State and local taxes will be applied to the final purchase price based on the delivery address.

Exempt Status for Re-Sellers: |
Sales tax will always be charged. To request a refund of the sales tax collected, please do the following: - If all of your purchases are tax exempt, you must present your tax-exempt certificate.
- If you are using a restricted sales tax exemption certificate (per purchase order), you must present a confirming purchase order referencing the state sales tax exemption number for all orders exempt from sales tax.
Please fax your tax-exempt certificate or your confirming purchase order to 773-907-5399. Then send an e-mail to us at newarkinoneoutlet@newarkinone.com advising that the tax exempt certificate was sent. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
NewarkInOne Outlet ships to the 48 contiguous
States. All orders to the 48 contiguous States are shipped
via UPS Ground shipping. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or to US Provinces. Separate charges for shipping and handling
will be added to your purchase. All items will be shipped to winning bidders;
we do not have the ability to do customer pick-ups from our
location.
Orders will be shipped in 2-4 business days. Please allow 3-8
business days for transit time, depending on your location.

Truck Shipments - ONLY For Items that State

by LTL Truck" |
Your
product will be shipped via an LTL ("Less than
Truckload") carrier. These special freight truck
deliveries are used for orders that exceed the
weight and/or dimension restrictions of United
Parcel Service. The following is an outline of
how LTL deliveries work. You can expect a phone
call from the freight company at least 24 hours
prior to delivery. Therefore, it is important
we have your daytime phone number. PLEASE INSURE
YOUR EBAY PROFILE HAS YOUR CURRENT DAYTIME PHONE
NUMBER. This is the number we will receive with
your order. FAILURE TO PROVIDE A CURRENT PHONE
NUMBER WILL CAUSE DELAYS IN SHIPMENT. There are
some special considerations regarding LTL freight
deliveries. Please consider the following information
before placing your bid:
- Many
truck
freight
companies
do
not
require
their
drivers
to
unload
shipments.
Please
make
arrangements
to
have
extra
help
on
hand
to
assist
in
these
circumstances.
Ramps
and/or
unloading
equipment
may
be
necessary
to
have
at
the
site.
- If
the
shipping
company
needs
to
make
special
arrangements
to
unload
merchandise
for
customers,
such
as
special
lift-gate
truck
delivery
or
extra
delivery
personnel,
it
will
be
the
responsibility
of
the
customer
to
reimburse
the
trucking
company
unless
otherwise
noted.
- Some
municipalities
and
some
delivery
areas
prohibit
truck
freight
delivery
in
residential
areas.
In
these
circumstances
customers
may
have
to
arrange
for
pick-up
at
a
local
trucking
distribution
center.
- Please
inspect
the
product
carefully
and
thoroughly
before
signing
the
shipping
receipt.
Shipping
damage
is
covered
by
the
LTL
freight
company.
Your
signature
on
the
receipt
is
your
acceptance
of
the
merchandise
in
good
condition.

Return
Policy |
We do not accept returns. All
sales are final. However, if Newark InOne ships the wrong product, or if the
product is found to be defective, based on the manufacturer's
specifications, the product will either be replaced or refunded at the
discretion of NewarkInOne Outlet.

Feedback |
Newark
InOne will submit feedback on winning bidders
within 15 days of a successful checkout. In cases
where winning bidders fail to pay for their items,
Newark InOne will initiate eBay's "Non-Paying
Bidder" process.

Liability
Limit |
In
no event shall Newark InOne or its parent, subsidiaries,
affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special,
indirect, incidental or consequential damages
arising out of or in connection with the products,
bids placed on eBay, eBay's services or these
terms and conditions (however arising, including
negligence), including lost profits, whether
or not the possibility of such damages was, or
could have been, known. The liability of Newark
InOne and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates,
and suppliers, and the respective employees,
to you or any third parties in any circumstance
is limited to the greater of (a) the amount paid
by you for the product purchased hereunder, and
(b) $100.
