  • Winning bidder is responsible for all shipping/handling charges beyond the standard shipping quoted, including items such as Customs Fees, Special Taxes, Additional Delivery Attempts, etc. We cannot mark international orders as "gift".

  • If your Check/Money Order is returned, we assess a $25 returned check fee.

  • If you win an auction and do not pay within 10 calendar days, we will file an unpaid item claim with eBay.


  • Most items are shipped the same business day or within one business day of your cleared payment! If you order Express shipping, need to change your address, or have a special request for your order, you should call us immediately after purchase so your concerns can be met before the item is shipped.   • You will receive notification of shipping when your label is created. If your item shipped with UPS, you will receive a tracking number via email within 12 hours. If your item shipped with USPS, you will get a notification email with a delivery confirmation number not a tracking number.

  • A USPS Delivery Confirmation number is not a tracking number. The status you view online will not change until the package has been delivered.

  • For orders valued over $100 USD and paid with PayPal, we will ship immediately if you have a Confirmed Shipping Address. If your PayPal address is unconfirmed or you would like shipment to an alternate address, you should contact us before payment or expect significant delays in your order processing. We do our best to minimize fraudulent transactions, and we will strictly adhere to this rule.

  • If you pay via PayPal eCheck or other method that is not an instant payment, we will not ship the item until the payment clears! eCheck payments typically take 3-4 business days to clear, and we have no control over that. Orders with Express Mail but paying with eCheck is a common mistake; we will ship by Express Mail, but only after the payment clears.

  • Combined shipment is available for some but not all items, please inquire for details. If you have purchased several items, please message us to combine them and discount your shipping before you submit your payment. We can not combine orders, and therefore we can not discount shipping, once you have submitted your payment for any one order.

  • We use both UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail as our regular carriers to Continental USA addresses. Unless you specify a carrier of choice in advance, we will choose which carrier to use, even though eBay makes us choose one for calculated shipping purchases.

  • Unless quoted otherwise, we use USPS Global Priority Mail for most international shipments. We cannot guarantee the delivery time for USPS shipments. Despite the 4-10 days advertised by USPS, customers should be aware we have had orders take up to 2 months for delivery. Please note that we cannot mark items as 'gift'

  • The following services are available but typically have added fees - please inquire.
    Expedited/Overnight Shipping - USPS Express Mail
    Shipping via UPS, FedEx, DHL, Airborne, Freight, or Other
    All Specialty Services: Saturday Delivery, Extra Insurance, Registered Mail, etc.

  • For most domestic UPS shipments, UPS Declared Value shipping insurance is included in the shipping charge.

  • If a customer receives an item that appears damaged by shipping, customer should contact us immediately for instructions.

  • Generally, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except for special circumstances - see terms below.

  • We expect the winning bidder to be responsible for all shipping/handling costs! These include purchasing the original shipping of the order, purchasing any return shipping, purchasing shipping upgrades, determining and paying for any customs fees, taxes, shipping change fees, or additional delivery attempt charges, etc.

  • The shipping cost posted on the listing is not an accident, it is the cost we charge to ship. It is the cost buyers agree to pay when entering the transaction. It has been determined for a reason, and it is not negotiable, refundable, nor appealable. To insure the everyone is happy with the transaction please read the shipping charges before you bid. If you do not agree to the shipping charge listed then please do not bid! Is the shipping cost quoted in the listing higher than the actual shipping costs for the order? Of course, that is the plan and it makes sense to have the shipping quote in the listing actually cover the costs to ship! But it is not always the case - We are very often spending more than the quoted shipping - and the only way to balance this and stay in business is to not refund shipping when the actual cost is lower! Please do not whine about your shipping, if you do not want to pay the quoted shipping, Please do not bid.

  • Local pickup for orders under $100 is a flat $5 per visit. Even if the postage is only $3.95, you must pay $5 to pick up in person. Most buyers do not understand why this is done by successful eBay sellers! But the reasons are simple. We are not a retail outlet, but only a warehouse with a tiny office setup for shipping. In the same time it takes to greet a walk-in customer, find his item, take his payment, show other items, tour the warehouse, make small talk, exchange business cards, and shove out the door, we could have shipped 20 regular items. If we had customers lined up outside the door, it would be a different story, but its only one maybe two customers per day which in essence is simply an interruption. We do offer the service in case you need your item same day, otherwise please pay the regular postage and it will be there tomorrow!


  • 30 DAY GUARANTEE : Buy with confidence! We test and guarantee our electronic products! The product description in each listing will indicate if the item is covered under this guarantee and for how long, otherwise the item is sold AS-IS with no returns. Please read our guarantee policy carefully before bidding. Purchasing items from NewGearDeals.com includes agreeing to these terms - if you do not agree to abide by these rules, please do not bid!

    - If a buyer receives a malfunctioning product upon arrival(DOA reported within 3 days of delivery), the product will be replaced(cross-shipped if customer provides his return tracking info) with an identical(or better) product provided the malfunctioning item is returned at customer expense to NewGearDeals.com within 30 calendar days of payment. If there is no stock available to replace the DOA product, NewGearDeals.com will offer a full refund (including original shipping). This is the only case where shipping is refunded. There are some exceptions to this rule, see 'Nature of this business' below.

    - If a product covered under this guarantee arrives in working order but malfunctions during the guarantee period (30 days from payment clearing date unless explained otherwise in the listing), then the product may still be replaced or refunded however the buyer is then responsible for the cost of all shipping and handling. Original shipping will not be refunded, and additional shipping is required to send replacement units. We cannot ship endless replacements at our cost for warranty items. If a covered item fails within the guarantee period, we will honor the warranty and replace the item, but buyers should expect to pay for replacement shipping. Our guarantee ends promptly at the end of the period, and we simply cannot extend service indefinitely.

    - ALL returns must have prior authorization, please contact us via
    email to initiate a return.

    - Due to the extreme cost of shipping, our guarantee does not apply to International Orders. If you are an international customer with a problem, please
    contact us regarding a solution.

  • RETURNS: Returns are accepted on the following conditions:
    - The product is covered by our guarantee (Read the listing and see the guarantee policy details above)
    - No returns are accepted and no refunds processed after 30 calendar days of payment.
    - All returns must have prior authorization,
    contact us for RMA instructions.
    - Unless instructed otherwise, all returns must be repackaged as originally shipped including all accessories/manuals/software.
    - Customer pays for all return shipping costs.
    - Returns due to customer errors/issues such as ordered wrong item, changed mind, etc. are not refunded shipping both ways.
    - Please include documentation such as original packing slip with the return to indicate your eBay identity and include correspondence emails or other notes explaining the reason(s) for the return.

  • PRODUCT WARRANTY: Buyers assume there is no manufacture warranty unless specifically explained in the listing's product description. If there is a time-sensitive manufacturer's warranty, it is the buyer's responsibility to acquire and exercise their warranty rights via the manufacturer, not via NewGearDeals.com. In general, our Dell branded products do not come with any Dell warranty, all items were purchased from recycling vendors, never from Dell. If buyer contacts Dell, they will not recognize any warranty related to any products sold by NewGearDeals.com. However, product warranties for many of our products are available through squaretrade.com after purchase.

  • SUPPORT : Technical support for products and related software is not provided by NewGearDeals.com. We are happy to answer a question or two when able, but we are unable to provide extensive support to diagnose your issue or optimize your performance. For assistance with products, buyers must contact the manufacturer or acquire local support at their own expense.

  • FEEDBACK POLICY: Our automated system will leave positive feedback for you on receipt of your positive feedback for us! We want happy customers so please contact us before leaving any negative or neutral feedback so that we may resolve any issues you may have with the transaction.

  • THE NATURE OF THIS BUSINESS: Please read and understand the following information regarding the purchase of our used/refurbished items and how it might create exceptions to our rules:

    A large part of our business is selling(recycling) used computer components. Customers are very attracted to our very low prices on high quality items. However, as plain as it sounds, our used/refurbished items are not new. We do routine testing of all of our used items before shipping, however we do not spend 24 hours testing each item nor do we plan to test every aspect of every item in every situation. All items ship as working units, but occasionally an item will arrive dead or fail within a very short time. This is the nature of the purchase! Our customers must acknowledge this basic risk when purchasing used items. If receiving a defective product on the first shipment is completely unacceptable, please consider buying a more expensive new item.

    Yes, of course we offer excellent customer service, and will try to solve your issue right away. Our warranty is designed to cover your item failing for a very short period after ordering. We offer refunds and ship replacements regularly, however customers should not expect Rolls Royce service on an inexpensive item.

    We can only do so much for your order and we can only stay in business if we stick to our rules for servicing our products.. Our 30 day guarantee must end at 30 days from purchase, not when the buyer finally gets around to using his order, and not at 30 days of actual use of a product. Please buy a third party extended warranty if you are concerned about your order failing at day 31.
