My Name is Carol George-Rucker, but I'm better known as The Nice Lady. I sell my jewelry creations on Ebay in the 'NIceladyjewelry' store.
Cincinnati, Ohio people may know me from my nine years at The Sarah Center, a women's ministry in Cincinnati's Over The Rhine neighborhood.
At Sarah Center I taught wire-work and metalwork skills and taught my student's how to sell their creations at Arts and Craft shows and gift shops, mostly in Sourthern Ohio and Northern Kentucky . The ministry emphasis was on inner city women; but because of the skills we taught, we worked with students from all walks of life.
I've recently begun selling on Ebay. I'm having a ball meeting people from all over the country and other parts of the world. I especially enjoy sharing my jewelry through the Giving Works program. It allows me to give back to the community from the comfort of my own home. |
