Treasures
Nike, my favorite ol' Gal!
Me with those 2 lovely college students I mentioned

Growing up in the 60's and 70's, my Dad was an Antique Dealer and often took me out hunting for treasures with him. Whether it was at garage sales, antique stores, or digging through the neighbor's cast-offs on garbage night~ I always looked forward to whatever treasures we'd surely find from a by-gone era. It was a fun hobby that carried over into my adulthood, the collecting of old 'stuff'.

While raising my own children I continued enjoying the weekend treasure hunts through the years, constantly adding to my many collections of antique & vintage 'stuff'. Then a strange phenomenom began to occur~ as my family and friends moved or redecorated their homes now and again, THEY started giving me all of their old treasures. Heck, even their friends who didn't know me started giving me their treasures. And so I added more & more bookshelves, cabinets, curio shelves, even a backyard shed. And one day we found that we simply could no longer walk through the house... without tripping over all these fine treasures.

Thus, I now offer you some of my many treasures here on eBay. So that you, too can know the joy of owning lots of cool things from a by-gone era  :-)

With each unique item that you purchase from me, you'll have the pleasure of knowing that you've not only helped make a wee bit more walking space in our crowded house, but you've also helped finance keeping my 2 (beautiful and intelligent!) daughters in college. So that some day they too will be able to have a home of their own... to fill with TREASURES!

P.S... "nikegal" is our very chubby 11 year old chihuahua
