My name is Greg Daniel, for the past two years I have been working on eBay as a seller, and bidder. Like many other sellers, I have received plenty of positive feedback, however I have also received a few negatives. All of these negatives have been resolved, and are mainly from other sellers who abuse the eBay system as I have only received one negative from a bidder who was merely misunderstanding my previous message.

I however, unlike other salesmen, refuse the idea of customer satisfaction despite seller loss. I only encourage mutual satisfaction, as all sales should benefit both parties. I am purely honest about shipping, only charging actual rates, not what I feel like charging for handling etc (the post office already charges for that).

If you ever have a problem with a sale, I want you to contact me first, communication and understanding can solve most all disputes. Like you, I would like to keep eBay clean and safe.
