We are the UK distributors for Acme Tech nitro models and can therefore guarantee the lowest prices. If you see the same model been sold for less than our price then we will beat this price by £5! In order to qualify the price that we beat must be from a seller in the UK who is selling items from stock in the UK. Any additional postage charges or other charges must be taken into account. If the price is from an auction then the auction must be a buy it now auction and the seller must have a feedback of at leat 20. If from a website then the site must be reputable and not one that someone has just put together in order to claim on our price promise!

In order to qualify you must email to us the auction number or web site address along with all your contact details. Once we have checked the link is valid you will be able to purchase at £5 below the competitors price!

Orders received before 2pm Mon - Fri will be sent out the same day by next working day delivery via insured courier. Delivery will usually be between 9am and 5pm (I'm afraid we can not give an actual time). If you reuire your tracking number so you can track the parcel please email us your order details and we will send it to you. If nobody is in they will try again the next day and if nobody is in again they will leave a card explaining how you can collect your parcel from your local depot.

Answers:
1. Yes - we stock spare parts which are available online from our web site www.nitrotek.co.uk
2. You will need some standard model glow fuel and a standard glow start. Both these items are standard and available from most model shops. We are unable to send fuel in the post. You will also need need 12 standard AA batteries for the radio control and receiver.
3. Yes the models are fully built with radio equipment pre-installed.

5. Yes, they come with clear English instructions which explain how to run them in and use them.
6. There are no other charges. The auction price is the price you will pay. Unlike a lot of other sellers we do not charge extra for paying by credit card.
7. You will see a lot of other sellers advertising similar models claiming speeds of 60mph but in practice this will be very hard to achieve. We do not have an exact figure for the speed and do not want to make claims as other sellers do. At the end of the day all 1/10 scale models with .15 sized engines are going to go about the same speed. Models with 2 speed gearboxes will see quicker acceleration and a 5 - 10mph increase in top speed. What makes our models better is the better build quality, improved layout design and more reliable radio equipment.
8. We hear a lot of complaints about the Smartech models and if you ask your local model shops you will hear the same thing. The radio controls and receivers that come with the Smartech models are meant to be particularly unreliable and can cause loss of control. Our models are simply better quality and come with a high quality remote control.
9. You will receive an email with payment info within 1 hour of making your purchase. This email will be sent to the email address used when bidding. The email is sent automatically to the address supplied by eBay in the winners Confirmation email. Some email filters settings will prevent Nitrotek winners' notification from entering your "In-Box".
