NTR helps low-income kids get computers. NTR Redistributes Used Computers Philadelphia has over 30,000 low-income families where the children have no access to computers at home. And in many cases the computers available at school are old or scarce. Far too few teachers are computer savy. eBay Helps to Fund "Learning Through Technology" NTR's "Learning Through Technology" Program helps low-income families to obtain used computers.
