Our eBay Auction Policies:

We have sold, at this point, several thousand items to many satisfied bidders. We strive to be accurate in our descriptions and additionally provide a picture of the item being sold. Because most of our items are used and may be many years old, all items are sold "as is" without a guarantee or warranty. Because of the age of these systems, it can be expected that there will be some scratches, marks, stickers etc. on the machines, we can not guarantee that they will all be in "like new" condition unless specifically stated as such in the ad. If you have a question concerning the condition of a system please e-mail us before you place your bid. We can email a high resolution picture of many of our items, just email your request. We test most of our systems and in many cases where there is a "screen"(monitor) the working system will be shown in the auction photo. If an item is known to be non-working or suitable only for parts, it will be stated in the auction text. We have had very few problems with our merchandise and an examination of our feedback will support this.

We reserve the right to cancel bids recieved from bidders with a zero(0) or negative feedback rating, although this is rarely done. In fairness to the eBay community and to discourage bid manipulation, we also reserve the right to cancel all bids on auctions where there is a bid retraction made late in the auction. In a case like this all bids will be canceled and the auction will be started again at the original opening bid.

We usually wait until eBay sends the "end of auction notice" before we contact the winning bidder with an address request e-mail or the payment amount and contact information e-mail. Feel free to provide your name address and zip code to us after winning the auction, this will speed the process up because we will then already have that info and can more quickly compute the shipping charges. If the package is going to a business address, please also let us know before shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In most cases small items are shipped by United States Postal Service priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. If more than one of our auctions is won, shipping for small items can usually be combined.

Larger items are usually shipped by United Parcel Service. A $2.00-$3.00 fee is added for packing, box and gas to the UPS site or Post Office. UPS provides insurance for up to $100.00 at no aditional charge. Insurance over that amount will be the responsiblity of the buyer. Overseas buyers are advised to add insurance. We are not resonsible for lost or damaged items.

Washington State residents please add 7.8% for sales tax.
