Beginning in January 2006, we decided to become sellers as well as buyers. We are striving for great customer service and communication - the elements that make ebay an enjoyable place to shop. Check out our feedback - we have 100% positive feedback from our buyers and we work hard to earn it by shipping in a timely manner and packing everything with extra-super care. We care about our customers after the sale and whether or not they are happy with their purchase. We have enjoyed meeting other people's needs/wants with the items we list - we're just happy we could help someone! We have enjoyed our ebay experiences and the opportunity it has given us to meet and interact with new people from all over the United States. We are confident that your transactions with us will be great!
We seem to always be in the process of streamlining our posessions and this gives us the opportunity to pass our treasures on to you! So, don't be alarmed by our low prices - they do not reflect the QUALITY of our items - just our need to downsize! So, consider yourself lucky because we've got some real bargains!
We observe the following "rules" as good buyers and sellers:
* We will not leave a negative feedback for a seller or buyer without first contacting him/her about a problem and trying to resolve it.
* We will contact the seller immediately after winning an item and we will make immediate payment via paypal the same day as the close of the auction.
* We will answer any and all questions regarding an item we have for sale and we will be more than happy to send a potential buyer more pictures upon request.
* We will contact a buyer immediately upon receipt of payment and let him/her know when his/her package was shipped. We are quick shippers! We usually ship the same day as payment is received or the next day - we try to make only one trip to the post office per day. If payment is received on the weekend, we will ship first thing on Monday.
* We believe that good communication is a very important key to a successful transaction and therefore we always send an e-mail confirmation to the seller or buyer so that s/he knows the status of the transaction.
On occasion, we have experienced problems with sellers, but this situation has been few and far between as you can observe through our feedback. We strive to make our transactions a positive experience for both parties involved.
