The Reason for Everything

I've recently learned quite a bit about Baby Sleeping Bags and their importance in the fight against SIDS. I have info on this in my auctions. Here is a little more information I have found helpful (You are welcome to copy and paste any information you may like).
Young babies are not able to control their body temperature. Therefore, you have an important role to play when it comes to keeping your baby safely warm. Health professionals recommend that the ideal room temperature for your baby is around 18C or 65F.
Dress your baby appropriately. A rule of thumb is to dress baby in clothes as warm as those you are wearing and adding one additional layer. Again, try not to overdress your baby. And don forget to remove extra layers when going from cool to warm areas (such as a heated car).
To make sure a baby is comfortable, feel his or her back, neck and chest. A baby should never be sweaty or cold in these areas. Because blood circulation is not always mature in young babies, their hands can be cold. Therefore hands and feet are not the best parts to test your baby comfort level.
Remember that baby sleep sacks are not pajamas. They are designed to replace baby blankets. Therefore, you should dress your baby before putting her in a Bebe Bord sleeping bag. That also allows you to control the level of warmth: light clothing or thick pajamas.
Pediatricians recommend sleeveless sleeping bags to allow for ample air circulation and to prevent overheating. It also helps prevent material from getting over baby face. Bebe a Bord bags provide generous armholes to allow plenty of room for cozy pajamas underneath.
Duvets, quilts and pillows should not be used for babies under 1 year old and never with a baby sleeping bag. If your baby shares your bed, make sure he is only in a sleeping bag, and not under your own bedding as well. Please note that sleep bags are designed to replace blankets and sheets in your baby crib or bed. The only other bedding required is a bottom sheet. Pediatricians recommend beginning babies in sleeping bags at about six weeks. You must always take care not to allow your baby head to slip down and get covered by a baby sleeping bag, blankets, or sheets.

On a Slightly More Personal Note: I especially appreciate my eBay business because of viral/neuro-muscular limitations that prevent me from working outside the home. With eBay I can work during my good parts of the day and take a rest when it gets tough. I've listed three websites below for anyone interested in information on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Severe Active Chronic Epstein Barr Virus, or Myasthenia Gravis. While there is treatment available for MG, there are presently no cures for either Chronic Fatigue Sundrome or SACEBV (although many of the worlds leading medical research school/hospitals are finally embracing that CF is a real disease, and I have hope for a cure one day). If you suffer from any of these conditions or know someone who does, you should find the websites below to be particularly useful.
I have kept my health problems to myself until just now. I'm learning that there is a large population of people who suffer and are especially embarrased to be labeled with Chronic Fatigue ("the yuppy disease" which is not at all the case). I believe that the more of us who come forth, the easier it will make for the large community of people who are no longer ashamed of their "invisible disease."
