| This ebay store is my hobby. I have a passion for gemstones and jewelry that I like to share with the world. Now that may sound hokey but it really is that simple. Gemstones are found worldwide and we have adorned ourselves with them throughout civilization. Many have been associated with beliefs that we have now learned are due to their scientifically proven properties. One example is Amethyst, worn as a talisman to prevent drunkeness and have been proven to absorb the alcohol from drinks thus avoiding intoxication. In other words, if you are trying to mellow out on a glass of wine don't drink it from an amethyst cup. I love reading about and learning about gemstones. I set many of them in traditional settings and others in unique color combinations. I love to look at gemstones unset, study them, play with them and then I am inspired to create. I am a novice and I am taking a few classes this summer to learn some metal work. As of now most of my settings are either cannibalized from other jewelry pieces or are set in prefabricated settings. I love mixing colors in the pieces I make. Some of my favorite pieces are convertible. Those eternity circles are great for adding solitares by threading the chain through the circle and solitare so that the solitare sits in the circle. Threaders are great for making matching pieces by having a number of beads or pearls that can be taken on and off and be interchangeable as are some hoop pieces. These makes a jewelry wardrobe quickly expandable. |

| Please feel free to ask any questions about items I post on this site or any gemstone you would like information about. I am not trying to deceive anyone in my sales. I include accurate weights, measurements and descriptions. I use alot of 14k Gold-Filled settings. I do this to keep things quite affordable especially in today's market with Gold close to $1000/ounce. Gold Fill jewelry is sold in jewelry stores and is usually locked up in the department stores that sell it. That is indicitive of it's value. Gold Filled items are high quality and not like plated items. The amount of gold is 1/20 whereas a plated piece cannot even measure an accurate amount of gold contained in the item it is so miniscule in comparison. Usually it is measured in mils. Most of the plated items I might use are HSN technibond which are 100mils the highest amount available from my understanding. So you will see mainly silver in my store, I think everyone should be able to afford something beautiful to cherish. Often the gemstones are worth more than the item price and if they aren't now they will be soon. Prices of many gemstones have doubled, tripled and quadrupled in the 4 years I have been studying them. Jewelry is often associated with heirloom pieces. They carry the memory of a loved one. Many times jewelry is given as a gift to commemorate an occasion or given by someone special in our lives to express their feelings. Sometimes it is a piece we buy ourselves to celebrate an achievement we have recently experienced. Of course there are always some pieces we just fall in love with and want to purchase. Wearable artwork!!! Whatever you purchase or win from me is meant to be special. If you are not happy with your item please let me know before leaving the negative feedback. It feels good to have someone so happy with their experience they spread word to their friends or come back to buy a piece for someone else. Customer Service is also part of the selling passion.
