WELCOME... When I decided to try selling on ebay, I wanted to offer the SAME SERVICE that "I" would look for in a seller. I also wanted to sell just the NATURAL stone beads, not dyed or enhanced, because they're special to me! Occasionally I'll offer a bead that's been "stabilized", such as Turquoise, because it needs to be manufactured that way to be used in a BEAD form. I knew these things would make MY Ebay business fun and rewarding, and they have! THESE things ARE very important to me as a SELLER: 1. IMMEDIATE SHIPPING.....when a design is in "my mind" I want to be able to create it right away and I assume others feel the same way. So once it's PAID, it's on it's WAY.(Same day or next morning) 2. SMALLER PACKETS & QUALITY....I was frustrated at having to buy ALL those whole STRANDS of beads, when I just needed a "few" beads, and I was so dissapointed when I'd find "damaged" or un-useable" beads in my orders. SO I offer half strands and smaller quantity packets and...I try SO HARD to pick out any bad beads. ( I do occassionally miss a few and so if you DO receive any, just email me and I'll send replacements out that you same day.) 3. RETURNS....no questions asked, if for ANY reason a customer wants to send beads back, I offer a FULL refund on the price of the beads. I understand completely that beads might not match an exisitng project, or the size or color might not be what you expected. It's OKAY......I don't want ANYONE to keep something they won't be able to use. It creates resentment and bad feelings, and I want HAPPY, REPEAT customers! 4. NO AUCTIONS....see it, buy it, and it's on it's way to you NOW. You'll find that 90% of my beads are also listed in my ebay STORE, so you can buy your favorites over and over, just like a retail store, no worry about being "out bid" or "if you'll ever find these beads again". If a bead is RARE or in LIMITED SUPPLY, you'll find that listed in the item description. 5.DESCRIPTIONS: I like to tell you ABOUT the stone, it's origin (when known) and to offer a few suggestions as to what it co-ordinates with... along with time saving "click here" links to take you directly to those other stones! 5. FUN...Beading can be fun,relaxing and affordable!!! I want to play my part in keeping BEADING FUN, so if there's anything I can do, that I'm not already doing, I'd love to hear about it. I'm a "ONE WOMAN" operation, no employees, just me, which allows me the freedom to make changes! Additional information: I offer top quality, semi-precious stone beads, in smaller, "convenient size" packets, at affordable prices. SAMPLER PACKETS are my best selling items. They contain the 3 most popular size beads: 4, 6 & 8mm in an economically priced package. I "don't" list AUCTION items, but instead offer ALL of my beads as "buy it now" items in daily listings and in my Ebay store. This makes it easy for you to return and purchase your favorite beads, anytime you need them! The beads you see and buy here today, will be here each time you shop, unless you see "LIMITED SUPPLY" in the item description. No more worries about being "out-bid". Being a small, independent company, I don't always have the lowest prices, but I only sell beads that are of the EXACT quality that I would be proud to use in my own designs, so please remember, that if you're not happy with your purchase, you can email me for EASY instructions on how to return your items. Customer service IS, and ALWAYS has been, EXTREMELY important to me. Please feel free to browse through my feedbacks to see for yourself. I ship orders EVERY DAY that the Post Office is open, and if payments are received before 11:00A.M., your order will ship out that SAME day. I send a REPLY email, confirming receipt of your payment, with an itemized list of the ITEMS you purchased, and the date your packet is shipping, for easy reference. Invoices are included with every order and EVERY item is labeled with it's ebay item number. Feedback is also left for you, the same day your packet ships. |
