Hello everyone! My name is Kelley and I live in Bellevue, Nebraska. I'm an above board and honest seller eager and excited about doing business with you. I describe each and every item I sell in detail trying to capture all the good points as well as any flaws I detect. As with anything, I'm human and may miss something - not very often, but from time to time. I will do my very best to work with you on any disputes should they arise. I sell quality products for decent prices.
I sell mainly high quality shoes that are in new or near new condition. If there is something you are looking for in particular and I don't have it, please feel free to drop me an email and I'll keep my eyes open for it (don't forget to include the size you need).
I also sell other accessories such as handbags and coats as they catch my eye.

Payment policy:
I accept and prefer PayPal payments. It protects both my customer and myself should something go awry. eBay no longer allows you the option of sending money orders, very sorry about that.
Shipping information:
My auctions usually end every Sunday so if you pay me by 9 p.m. on that Sunday night you can guarentee that I will ship your item out to you first thing on Monday with expected delivery of 2-3 days. If that Monday falls on a holiday it will go out the next day. Payments made any other time will usually go out the same day, or 1 business day after. The sooner it's out of my hands, the sooner I can replace my stock with something else that may tempt you. I do combine shipping so if you buy more than one item from me, please wait for the invoice with the cheaper shipping on it.
Return policy:
I always hope this doesn't need to happen as I do my best to describe my items, however, if for some reason you feel I have greatly misrepresented your item and you are not happy, I would ask that you please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback and we can discuss your unhappiness. I DO NOT refund because shoes don't fit. It is an expectation that you read the entire ad where exact measurements are given. If unsure, please go to a retail store to try on before placing your bid. Postage fees are not included in refund. Buyer will pay for return shipping to include insurance.

Terms of My Auctions:
The terms of my auctions are that you must acknowledge your win within 3 days of auction end and you must pay within 5 days of the auction end. I accept PayPal (eChecks are alright with the understanding that I won't send out your item until the check has cleared). I file formal complaints with eBay for ALL non-paying bidders. I hate to do that but I've reached a point where it's happened much too often and I'm tired of getting stiffed. Please DO NOT BID if you don't intend to pay. Thank you!
International Bidders:
I appreciate the opportunity to serve your needs. However I will ONLY SHIP packages out PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL. I know this is a more expensive route for shipping but these are the supplies I have on hand. I do not have time to hunt down nor store boxes of the appropriate size in order to ship packages out to you via 1st Class Mail International. I will also NOT check the box marked 'GIFT' on the Customs form as I don't want to violate any laws for either my country or yours. I'm very sorry for the added expenses. That said thank you for considering and/or bidding on my auction. It is most appreciated.
My one request - I ask that if you don't intend to pay, please don't bid on my auctions. Remember, when you place a bid on an auction, that is a binding contract that you will follow thru and pay should you be the winning bidder.
