I have been an ebay user for sometime now and I did have another ebay store but I had left due to ebay's fees. There are a lot of fees involved when you use this service and at the end you barely make any money when it is our products we buy, do the work and more. Well at least for me that is the case. The power sellers have another story. :) Many that do not sell on ebay do not realize there are 3-4 different fees involved for each item we sell. I do not use a drop shipper who does it all for you. So basically to be honest I was tired of working hours and hours a day like sometimes 14 to have this continue to happen. Then I decided to come back by many writing to me to re-open a store. Even though others were sad I left and many asked that I return, I am not happy that some people blame sellers for some of the shipping cost. Are some over-charging you to ship the item/s? Yes they are, but I am not. My fees are very fair and yes I will charge a handle fee. You must realize that shipping is based on weight, packaging materials, time, gas for travel to get there and that is why there is a handle fee. The other cost after the handle fee is not the sellers fault but the USPS COST. The USPS gets the majority of your shipping fees you pay. I offer a calculator that gives you the cost to ship prior to making the choice to bid. If someone does not want to pay that charge, then don't buy the item. It is that simple.
Now with that said let me go on and begin by saying we cannot please everyone no matter how we try..We have to have an open mind when it comes to what comments are left from others! The music that some may be able to hear in my store, I chose because it has a special meaning to me. I love music espcially latin, salsa. But I am also a romantic at heart.
I have returned to have fun, find great deals and to sell quality items! I take pride in what I do.. I love monkeys, crystal, jewelry, stuff animals and many other things. I have been a veterinary technician for 14 years. My specialty is exotics. I love acting and would love to pursue that one day. I go to NYC a lot and enjoy being there very much..I attend many soap opera parties and met many of the cast members on One life To Live and All My Children. I was very fortunate to become personal friends with many of the cast of One Life To Live and have attended the set several times and their homes. Oh well never know right! Now back to ebay, please realize, while most ebayers are kind, honest, and friendly we do on rare occasion get some bad apples on ebay that bid, and I mean rotton. They know the rules, know my terms, and then at the end do not pay AND THEY leave neg feed to us sellers!!!! WOW!!! Do they have a conscience? This page is my about me page and for that I want to be open and honest about my feelings. Unfortunately I have notice that many buyers do not hesitate to leave a negitive feedback for a seller when they are unhappy. I also notice that many when happy do not make a point to state a positive feedback as well. I have sold over 2000 items as of 2/08, so I guess you can say about 1000 did not bother to leave me any positive feed. They obviously did not have a problem since no neg was left and no nasty emails and rightfully since I feel I am one of the better sellers, there is no reason for a negitive, however I would appreciate those buyers to take a few moments to leave me the positives that I do deserve since I do provide very good service. I try very hard to please those who buy from me. I enjoy doing this most times, and I do my best and work hard at it. I ship my items as soon as posible when payment is received.
