Return Policy:
Return the item within 14 days from date of receiving the item and you get a refund for the item cost only, minus shipping after I receive the item back from you in good, new condition with all tags/packaging intact within 14 days from purchase for a refund. I want to be fair, so please let me know why you are returning the item.
Defective Items:
I do my best to inspect each item to make sure there are no defects prior to sending. I rarely sell used items (unless noted in the description) so any defective products have come from the manufacturer that way or was damaged in shipment. If your item is defective on receipt, please contact us via email within 14 days from purchase for refund or replacement arrangements. If you feel the item is defective after use or 14 days, most items are guaranteed by the manufacturer and you may contact them for satisfaction.
Does Not Fit:
If the item does not fit (please measure your dog before purchasing), you may return it and I will refund the purchase price (shipping is not refundable). The item must be returned in original/new condition with all tags/packaging intact within 14 days from purchase for a refund. Sorry, I cannot exchange for larger or smaller sizes due to inventory control limitations. Please measure your dog before purchasing. I have put all measurements from the package or manufacturer guidelines in the size chart accompanying each item description. Since breed sizes vary, you need to measure your dog to be sure! Even after measuring, some items will still end up not fitting, so we will be happy to refund the purchase price (minus shipping) in these cases.
No Exchanges:
Unfortunately I cannot exchange for larger or smaller sizes due to inventory control limitations. Please return the item for a refund and purchase the correct size at your convenience.
Missing/Incorrect Items: Although rare, mistakes can happen. If you have received an incorrect item or an incomplete order, please contact us for immediate resolution.
Where to Return: Please send the item to the return address on the packing slip included with your order. Please include a note with your name, address, & phone number. I would also appreciate a short annotation on the reason for return.
Items Description:
We all want the most for our money, so I will try to make the description as precise as possible.
Payment:
Please pay within 5 days after the auction closes. If you are paying by check, please let me know and I must receive your check within 7 days after the auction closes. If you do not pay within this allowed amount of time, I will have to report you as a non-paying bidder. I really don want to do that, but, that item could have gone to someone else who really wanted it and needed it. Multiple items may be combined in shipment to reduce your overall shipping charge. Usually the shipping on the 2nd, 3rd, etc item is discounted by $1.00 or more. If you have or plan to purchase multiple items, please do not go through checkout until you are completely done shopping. Once you are completely done shopping you can use the Pay Now button and all your purchases should be combined with a shipping discount (you may have to wait up to 1 hour for this to occur). I cannot give a combined shipping discount if you have already paid for an item, they must be paid for together at the same time.
Feedback:
I will give you feedback within 7 days after payment has been received. I appreciate your feedback also, whenever possible for you to do so.
