We have a wide variety of items not found on Ebay. We are adding new merchandise every week. Don't forget to take a look at these exclusive items consisting of couture doggie clothing. You will definately find a cute item for that special dog!
We've included below many questions that we have received in the past, hopefully, they will assist you in determining whether shopping at Pampered Pup and Stuff will be a pleasant experience.
- Q: I like the item, but I can't find the size? A: If we don't have the size your looking for, just ask, and we will try to get it for you.
- Q: I am not sure what size I need? A: Send me an email and let me know of the breed and weight. I will try to recommend the correct size based on previous experience.
- Q: Can I exchange for a different size if the item doesn't fit? A: If you realize that the item doesn't fit when you receive it, just let us know within 7 days and we will work with you. You will be responsible for shipping and handling, but we will always give a discount to the original s/h fee. If the size exchange is to a larger size, you may be responsible for the price difference since the vendor charges more for larger sizes.
- Q: How long will it be before I receive my purchase? A: We will always attempt to ship you the item the day after the payment is received. Of course there are those rare moments that we can't do this , but the shipping will never be delayed by more than a couple of days. If payments are received early in the morning, we may even ship the same day!!!
- Q: Do you do combine shipping (USA)? A: Yes, you will pay 100% of of the first item with the highest shipping/handling and 50% of the shipping of each additional item. We will send you an invoice that reflects the discount(s).
- Q: Do you do combine shipping (Non-USA)? A: Yes, you will pay 100% of of the first item and $3 for the shipping of each additional item. This disount ONLY applies if all items fit inside standard flat rate envelope and total weight is not greater than 1 pound. Since International Priority Flat Envelopes are limited to 1 pound, please let me know if you are purchasing multiple items so that I can ensure that I can put them all in one envelope since the ability to place them in one envelope increases your discounts! When the items are clothing, on average, I am usually able to fit 3-4 items in one package. When your purchasing multiple items, I highly recommend that you allow me to removed the clothing from the original containers since this makes your items lighter and this means less shipping/handling fees for you!
- Q: Can you send me additional pictures of the item on sale? A: Yes, please send us your email address with your request and we will be more than happy to send you additional pictures.
