Bidding
All bids are treated as a contract. I don't end auctions to sell outside eBay. If an auction ends without a bid, then email me before I relist it, I might sell it to you!
Shipping
I'll email you within 24 hours of auction close with your shipping total. Books get Media Mail and Priority Rates, other items get First Class, Parcel Post and Priority Rates. Email me if you want a less expensive rate. Items being shipped outside the US will be given the same options, Surface, Airmail or Global Priority.
My packaging is excellent, no item leaves my home, loosely packed, or in too small a box or bubble envelope. Depending on the item, it is often double boxed.
There is a small handling fee attached to the shipping price. It is done before you bid, so there are no surprises after auction close.
Returns
Just a note: This has only happened twice, but the details have to be spelled out so there is no question.
Any item you receive that is "not as described" will be refunded upon return of item to me. You must first write and explain the situation, before I will accept a package back. If I made the mistake, I will pay for shipping both directions, once I have received the item. You will receive your initial payment back, plus return shipping. Please, return it exactly as it was shipped to you, for example, Media Mail, Parcel Post or Priority, if you upgrade, the difference will not be refunded to you. Please return the orgiginal packaging I sent it in. If the item is returned broken, you will not receive a refund, unless it was insured. No item will be refunded if you receive it broken, and you did not buy insurance.
Warranties
Unless otherwise specified, we do not honor manufacturer's rebates or warranties. If a manufacturer is offering a rebate, coupon, gift, money back, lifetime guarentee etc., on a specific product, we suggest you contact the manufacturer directly to verify the requirements concerning that offer before placing the order through our auctions. Thank you.
Feedback
Generally, I leave good feedback as soon as I receive payment. I will leave bad feedback if you bid and don't pay. If I have forgotten to leave you good feedback, don't worry, I check frequently, I will catch it before it falls off. I like to receive good feedback, but I wont solicit it.
Paypal
When buying more than one item, please don't make multiple Paypal payments, it costs me money. I will send you a total for all the items you have purchased, and at that time you have the option of adding insurance. If you would like me to send you a Paypal invoice, just let me know by email, and if you want insurance.
Your Snail Mailed Payment
Please remember, I do expect payment within 10 days, and using the Post Office as an excuse for your late payment does not work with me. All letters are post marked, I will check the post mark. I have shipped over 3000 items and the two that were lost were under bizarre situations.
Multiple auctions won.
If you win more than one auction, please email me. I seldom check the user ID of auction winners after close, I just send out the end of auction emails. Your shipping costs will be combined with your final value, so you won't be double charged. For example, If an auction is $5.00 for shipping, and another is $3.50, I will weigh the two items and charge you for shipping the items together. It should work out to around $6.50. I will not add the two shipping cost together, you will get a break on shipping if you make multiple purchases from me.
