Combining to reduce shipping charges: In most cases, we will combine multiple purchases (auctions ending within a 5 day period). Full shipping will be charged for the first auction or the one with the highest shipping charge. We will reduce the shipping/handling charges by 1/2 on the subsequent items. We will NOT reduce shipping for purchases of items listed as a "LOT". We reserve the right to not combine breakable pottery, glass, or bulky items if we feel they can not be shipped in our stock containers in order to arrive in one piece. If you pay by Paypal, combined items must be paid for in one total payment.
Shipping/handling charges: We see many Ebay sellers increasing their shipping/handling fees every day. We try to keep ours down, but let us explain some of the costs involved in being an online seller and making sure that the items you buy from us arrive in one piece. Here are some of them: Ebay listing fee, Ebay final value fee, Vendio listing fee, bubble wrap, padded envelopes, shipping popcorn, shipping boxes, white jewelry boxes, shipping tape, scotch tape, shipping labels, Stamps.com fees (to print postage and ensure quick delivery), delivery confirmation, insurance, and actual postage. Then it costs a percentage of every sale for which we accept Paypal. Seems that everyone is getting a piece of the pie these days.
Return Policy: We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. For new merchandise, exchanges or refunds will be made for defective merchandise, if you notify us of the problem within 3 days after receipt. We will require a brief written signed statement either faxed or mailed to us describing the damage, if we need to file a claim with our parcel insurance company.
For vintage or pre-owned items, we are selling merchandise in an "as is" condition, and all sales are final. If we made an error in the listing or missed something that was horribly wrong with an item, contact us about it and we will arrange for a return or credit.
If you wish an exchange of a new, undamaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt and request a return authorization. We can provide a credit certificate towards the purchase of another item in our main store (you must adhere to the return policy of that store). We do not refund shipping/handling charges and do not accept returns with an RMA number on the outside of the package.
