What to expect
I always try my best in making people satisfied. In the coming months as the variety of items are listed, please know I am describing to the best of my knowledge each item. If there is an error on a page or in billing, please be patient with me as it is probably an honest mistake due to my lack of computer saavy or lack of sleep trying to build here and continue with Ebay. I will admit, correct and appolize for anything that has caused an inconvenience for anyone. In the meantime please keep checking every Friday and Monday evenings for new items I will be listing. Until I uncover them, I don't know what to expect to be selling. I do know it will be a variety! I have tons of antiques, bridles, saddles, reins, sheets, blankets, cavalry bits and bridles, antique artwork (alot of which is horse themed). While I get listed as much each week as time allows, I expect to be listing things for some time to come.

I try to keep shipping as inexpensive as I can, yet still have item properly packaged for any potential mailmen abuse. I have no control over what the post office charges. Keep in mind if you choose parcel, it will take much longer to reach you and the farther from NY you live, the more the post office charges you. If Ebay calculators are incorrect, which they sometimes are and after printing your label you have overpaid, I will issue a refund for your overpayment to mail. When it is wrong and costs me more, I usually just pay the difference out of my own pocket and this happens more than you would think. My auctions end on Monday nights here in NY about 8PM. As people pay, I spend most of Monday night and into the wee hours of Tuesday morning packing for Tuesday morning mail pick up. In the event you win more than one item, wait for me to box and weigh and send a combined invoice before paying. Depending on how hectic Monday nights get, sometimes it may take me a few hours to get this sent to you.  Please be patient I am one person and trying the best I can to take care of everyone equally.

Everything is always mailed out within 24 hours unless some unexpected something comes up that I have no control over. If you don't receive your package as fast as you want it, again the speed of actual mail service is out of my control. You can check the tracking info on your item page, although many times they don't track parcel until delivered. I strongly suggest to add insurance in case something is lost in the mail system. I am not responsible for any Customs charges you may incur.

Eventhough of late Ebay has become very stressful with their new rules and policies, I still enjoy many of the wonderful Ebayers I have had contact with over the last few years.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so the problem can be resolved so that all parties are happy. I try to treat everyone like I would like to be treated and as I also do some buying here am familiar with both sides of a successful transaction.
