Maaret has exhibited and her art can be found in collections in Australia and the US. She has mainly worked in watercolours and is skilled in drawing. Recently, she has begun to expore other mediums, techniques and abstractions.

Maaret has started to print on fabric. A simple stencilling technique yields one original print. The stencil is distroyed by the printing process - a very personal approach to printing. More recent work is fabrics for clothing. Clothing is created under the label Otso Motso.
