Fence Prosä (formerly Magic City Auctions) is a division of
Alabama
Pet Containment Systems, LLC.
Our business involves the sales and installation
of premium quality electronic pet containment
systems. We offer electronic pet training aids
and sell and install top-rate pet doors as
well. We also service all brands of
electronic pet containment systems, and have
extensive experience with every major brand on the market
today, as well as many lesser or discontinued
brands. Our company has been a national leader in this industry
since 1994, and serves over 5000 customers in
central Alabama, centered in the
Birmingham
metro area. Our company also services
the needs of another 1500 or so customers all
over the United States;
we even have a
few customers in Europe and the U.K. We love pets and our business,
and enjoy the fact that we can operate a
successful business enterprise which helps to
keep pets safe. We operate Pet Fence Prosä as a business; it is not a hobby for
us. Therefore, we handle it as such, and
endeavor to make each transaction a pleasant
experience for our customers.
Our main product offering at
Pet Fence Prosä
includes many premium pet fence batteries,
accessories and components. Most of our
items are unique and hard to find anywhere else.
Also, we frequently offer several brands* of new
or previously-owned
pet containment equipment for sale on
eBay, in addition to all the batteries and
accessories always available in our eBay store. Some
pet fence equipment is used, some is
new - specified in each listing. Any pet containment equipment we sell
(even the new stuff) has been thoroughly tested in our own test
facility, matched, and
sanitized. We strive to describe all our
items accurately and thoroughly, and include all
the information we know about those items.
Questions and inquiries are welcomed. Pet
Fence Prosä will also
provide installation and training support for
our customers, as well as help with planning
your system layout if you need it. Occasionally, you might find various

We are now testing the product line under our
normal stringent guidelines, through
professional trainers in several parts of the
United States to insure it meets our standards.
Since 1997, we have sold and installed

fine product line to our eBay store, too, in
2008.
Any pictures we use
in our used item auctions are the actual items
we are selling, not stock product photos.
We may use stock photos in our eBay stores
listings when listing brand new items.
Occasionally, we sell items "AS IS". No
returns will be accepted on "AS IS" items, NO
EXCEPTIONS! Buyers are encouraged to
thoroughly check out any item
purchased from us beforethe 7-day
"No DOA" limit expires. No
returns will be accepted after that, under any
circumstances.
Shipping, handling, and
insurance charges are not refundable under any
circumstances. Individual auction
descriptions and pictures ALWAYS take
precedence.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping, packaging, and insurance rates are
reasonable, and we will combine shipping for
multiple items. Insurance is normally
included in our shipping charges. If
optional, insurance is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
Shipping and insurance charges are NOT
REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. We
will ship to any continental U.S. destination, and
some items to Canada, Central America, and some places in
the Caribbean. UPS and FEDEX do not
deliver to P.O.
Boxes. Many of our shipments are sent
using UPS or FedEx, so we need a street address
in order to ship. We may use other
shipping carriers for buyers outside the
continental U.S.
ALL
buyers OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
will need to email me with postal code for
shipping charges. OUR CARRIERS ALSO
REQUIRE A TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL
SHIPMENTS. we are not responsible
for any border tariffs, CUSTOMS CHARGES, or
other fees imposed by any government agency, if
any are incurred. We will
send a confirmation email & invoice to the
winning bidder (possibly through the carrier or PayPal)
within 24 hours of end of auction, unless
payment is already made. If paying with
cashier's check or money order, your
confirmation email to me must be received within
3 days of auction close, and payment must be
received within 7 days of close unless you have
made and confirmed prior arrangements with PFP.
PayPal payment is expected within 3 days of end
of auction or the item(s) will be re-listed.
If you
win and do not pay, WE WILL leave negative
feedback.
NON-PAYING BIDDERS WILL ALSO BE REPORTED TO
EBAY'S NON-PAYING BIDDER DEPARTMENT AND PURSUED
LEGALLY.We make
every effort to ship within three business days
after payment is received. You will
