REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We have a total stoke policy. As long as
the item is in new / unused condition return it and we can refund your money or
give you credit for other gear. Please keep in mind that a surfboard is a bulky and fragile item to ship. Our boards are insured during shipping ONLY. If damage should occur during shipment, please follow the guidelines stated below:
1. If you notice that the packaging is extensively damaged, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT NOR OPEN THE PACKAGE. RETURN IT TO THE COURIER COMPANY ON THE SPOT.
2. If you open the package and notice any damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the surfboard with photos and a detailed explanation. You are asked to keep the packaging materials for the shipping insurance investigation purposes.
