Pieced Impressions



Hi! I chose the name "Pieced Impressions" because: one, I enjoy making quilts and other art/craft items (out of pieces, of course); and second, because I believe the way in which we relate to the world around us and to each other is based upon pieced-together impressions which we form into an internal whole, much like a quilt. ... Okay, that's as metaphysical as I'm going to get here.

"Pieces" I enjoy: my husband and children and (as of now) one grandchild - and, now, in no particular order:

  • dogs, especially dachshunds and labradors
  • my mini-cooper
  • fabric ... I'm an unrepentant "fabri-holic"
  • like I said above, quilts, arts and crafts
  • the outdoors

There's more; however, this is probably more than anyone wants to know as it is.
