UPDATES!
May. 15th 2008: Everyone who has made a purchase from me within the last week. Your items have been shipped out today and will arrive shortly. [You've all been contacted and provided your tracking numbers!]:) Will be posting some more goodies soon, including a ton of very cute kawaii pre-made fruits hairclip lots. :)April. 1st 2008: I've noticed that another ebayer decided to list some button hair clips right after my first batch had ended on ebay. I was the first that I know of to post these style clips up for sale. But alot of you already know that. My name is Sarah I've been selling on ebay for quite a while now. I sell all sort's of fun goodies.. store bought items that I no longer care for: clothing,accessories, collectables etc... And also hand made Dreaded wigs,hair pieces and extentions which you'll see a bit of. I've been making hair related items for about 7 year's now, they are very reasonably priced and top quality. Great for photoshoots,partys, conventions or just to grab a handful of attention. If you see one of my hair auctions and you are in love with the product but kind of iffy on the color theme. Auction Terms:
Ending auctions early
Pretty please do not ask me to end an auction early for you because you're not going to be home to place bids. Most of the time I get this question when the item is already being bid on, and it would be totally un-fair for me to cancel their bid's for you. So stop being naughty! Also if I've got a "buy it now" item up. Come on! Don't ask me if I can end it for you or accept a lower ammount. It's at a certain "buy it now" for a reason, because thats what I wish to get for the item. :P!Item Description
Make sure to fully read item descriptions. If anything is wrong with an item I am selling/auctioning, it will be explained in the text. Same goes for item measurements, they are always posted in my descriptions, and if not they are always offered upon asking if the bidder is unsure! I expect all my buyers to read through everything so that they know what they are bidding/purchasing and there is no confussion what so ever about the item when it arrives. I'm always open to questions about items I list up on ebay. But please try to contact me when the auction is newly listed or has a day remaining. If you ask within hours/minutes of the ending time I may not be able to get back to you before it closes. So be a little early I try my best to answer fully and get back to you as soon as possible. :)Feedback Terms:
Buyers
I expect you to leave feedback once your item[s] arrive. So if you make multiple purchases, please leave a feedback for each of those items. Then I will do the same for you. If you have a problem with an item that arrive's damaged/not how you thought it'd be.. please make sure to contact me asap before leaving any sort of neutral or negative feedback [If you do leave neutral/negative expect one back from me]. Because I am very reasonable about this situation. I'm usually very careful with packing/explaining the item but there have been a few incidents which were resolved and left both me and the buyer pleased. :) And no one wants naughty feedbacks!Sellers
Feedback is left for you once the item arrives. And I appreciate you doing the same for me too. :) I never really leave negative unless it needs to be left. If there are any problems with an item I'll deffinately contact you first to try and resolve the situation. :)Shipping Terms:
Tracking & Insurence Information
All of my packages for the United States come with a tracking number no matter what. And all United States Priority and International priority Mail packages come with Tracking number and Insurence included!!!!Where your items are coming from
All item's are being shipped from the United States from a smoke free environment. Please note that I live with kittys and a chinchilla. But don't worry they usually do not come in contact with what I'm selling. And I always make sure that all items are kitty hair free before posting. So you've got nothing to worry about.United States shipping
Item's for the United States are mainly posted through 2-3 day priority with Tracking # & Insurence included so there is hardly no waiting/worry at all. But for little tiny thing's like hair clips I'll use 2-7 day first class shipping with tracking number [I usually will not ship first class packages with insurence UNLESS the buyer contacts and ask me to do so [BUT I ALWAYS LIST IN MY AUCTIONS WHAT SHIPPING METHOD WILL BE USED FOR THE ITEM].All items that I ship through out the United States come with a tracking number no matter what! And all my US priority packages come with insurence no matter what!International shipping
International buyer's for smaller clothing items I will post first class international [BUT PLEASE BE AWARE I AM NOT ABLE TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER OR INSURENCE ON FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL] which usually only takes 7-14 days. But in some cases can take up to 2-5wks do to international shipping delays. Which I am in no way responsible for. I ship out in a timely manner and will always contact if there are any delays on my behalf Example being if I am away from home & not able to get to the post office. As for your package taking forever to arrive thats completely the CUSTOMS situation & not mine. BUT I DO OFFER PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL ON ALL ITEMS LISTED BY REQUEST. IT IS MORE COSTLY BUT WILL COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER & INSURENCE ASWELL. AND USUALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 7-10 DAYS BUT IN SOME CASES [3-4wks]. YOU JUST NEED TO CONTACT ME AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS TO LET ME KNOW WHAT SHIPPING METHOD YOU WOULD LIKE, JUST INCASE IF FOR SOME REASON IT ISN'T ALREADY OFFERED WHEN YOU GO TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEM. I WILL THEN CHANGE IT FOR YOU ASAP SO THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED. :)
Shipping time
For the most part I usually am really fast with shipping times. May be slow once in a while, but will always contact you to let you know whats going on. And you need to understand that even though the post office is super duper great? They get behind and cause you to get your package late. Thats why I include tracking or insurence on most if not all of my items, so that me [the seller] & you [the buyer] have no worrys! So if for any reason you refuse quicker shipping,tracking number orinsurence for United States or International shipping. You can not hold me responsible for any lost pacakges or shipping delays. As it is not my fault, because I highly recommend and offer it in all my ebay sales. Since I want everyone getting their items safely and to be happy!
