My name is Marcin Cimala, owner of PolandMET meteorite shop. I'm 28 years old (2005) and I live in Poland near Cieszyn city, only a few kilometers from border with Czech Republic.
My favorite hobby is meteorites and web design. I collect space stones
since 1997. In 2001 I started to working with meteorites and selling them on meteorite fair in Poland, Germany and France. Since that time I make my meteorite offer all the time bigger and more interesting. I designed and build all nessesery equipment for my meteorite workshop including professional saw, gridding and polishing machines.
• Morocco 2004 •
In march 2004 I first time visited Morocco and purchased few interesting meteorites from local dealers. I also visited some cool place like Auli village near Midelt where I and my friends collect alot of beautifull Agathes and other mineral specimens. Expedition take 3 weeks. In this time we make 3000km inside Morocco, sleep in tents on desert or sometimes in hotels. This was cool expedition.
• Morocco 2005 •
In march 2005 I visited Morocco again. This time this was proffesional meteorite trip. We visit many meteorite dealers in Midelt, Erfoud, Rissani, Zagora and M'Hamid. We purchased many rare meteorites including some achondrites and impressive huge 23kg new and unpaired impact melt (IMB) chondrite. This trip was only 10 days long, but verry interesting.
• Morocco 2006 •
Again in next year, but in hot june I visit Morocco with my friend Stefan. Trip was much more succesfull than last year, except weather. Temperatures was much too high in particular for car without air condition! This was especially painful during long car trips beetween Erfoud-Zagora-M'hamid. But from the other side this let me admire very rich desert flora that was not present during february trips.

All meteorites in my offer are beening cutted and polished personally by myself.
I have profesionall equipment for gridding and polishing meteorite slices. All stone meteorites from my offer are high quality polished on both sides. Many other dealers do not polish their meteorites, because they don't have time or equipment to do this. It takes a lot of time but polished slices look 100% better than unpolished. I also etch iron meteorites, and make them stop rusting, using few different methods.
