Are you guys a real company, not some garage operation?
Answer: We do have
an actual retail store that we open daily from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. pacific
standard time, all phone calls made to us will be answered by a qualified

Answer: Usually, if
orders are paid before 2 p.m., we can ship the very same day, orders paid
for afterwords are shipped out the very next day

Answer: Upon paying,
generally, usps orders take anywhere from 1-3 business days. UPS orders
(for larger and bulkier items) take anywhere from 1-7 business days. Please
keep in mind that saturday and sunday are not business days.

How long does it take to receive packages internationally?
Answer: 99% of the
time it takes anywhere from 7-14 business days.

The post office's delivery confirmation number is saying that you didn't
even give them the package, what gives?
Answer: The post office
will not update your delivery confirmation number until the mailman scans
the package at your door, remember that this number is not a tracking
number, just proof that the item was shipped.
