Our goal is continued 100%
Satisfaction!
We normally ship the same day for payments made
before 10:00 AM Eastern (GMT -5), so you will have your items quicker too.
When you buy from us, we will post feedback for
you when your payment is received. We strongly believe this is what all sellers
should be doing. But some sellers seem to want to hold your feedback "hostage"
until the item arrives and you post feedback for them first. Once paid, the
buyer's main responsibility is complete and a positive feedback rightly
earned. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and trust that a positive
feedback will be posted in return when the transaction is complete. If our
buyers don't like posting feedback, that's fine too. But when your buyers
are happy, they will post feedback in appreciation.
We read all of the feedback received.
Please contact us if you feel that you cannot leave a positive feedback in
return.
We have automated the feedback posting process,
not because we don't like posting feedback. But to ensure that you receive your
feedback quicker and it allows us to get your items packed and shipped faster
too.
Please feel free to use the Best Offer feature
found on some of my listings. Remember that an offer is just a winning bid that
hasn't been accepted. If it is accepted, then the item closes and you win!
About once a month we will run auctions of any
notes received that were not up to our UNC standards. Maybe they had a little
nick, or bent corner from the pack. Maybe they are dirty or worse. No matter
what, these auctions will normally start at $0.01 so be sure to check back or
add TjP Auctions to your favorite sellers page. Remember to
signup for our newsletter to be eligible for free shipping and discount
specials.
SPECIAL PAYMENT OPTION
We will consider taking payment in the form of
UNC paper currency at face value for the
current exchange rate from
countries other than the United States. Please contact me about trading for
local money before
sending payment. If an agreement to trade is made, I will ship your item(s) for
Free!
When you buy from us, the
shipping fee is actually spent on shipping. Our average cost for shipping
even one banknote is $2.05. You get a box with packing material, the note or
notes inserted into a nice Mylar holder, an invoice and delivery confirmation.
What could be better? Oh yeah, the bonus notes you get for orders of $25 or
more!
Don't forget that we will tell you about
any defects the item may have and we don't take chances with your investment. We
are setting a new standard! |
TjP
Auctions Bonus Items!
For first time buyers I will
include some extra notes with your order. The bonus notes are my choice and will
be based on the total amount of the items won.
For returning customers, I
will include bonus notes of my choice for items won totaling $25 or more.
Sometimes you get the same note, sometimes it's a different note.
Best Regards,

eBay buying log:
11/10/2005 - Another
order received from an eBay seller. $2.50 shipping and they mailed our $75
banknote order using an envelop and a $.37 stamp. I guess the post office didn't
know to take care of the letter so they shoved it in between a couple of boxes.
Ouch!
11/21/2005 - Just
received yet another item won from an eBay seller. This time it was $2.90 for
shipping (used a $.37 stamp on a plain envelop) and the UNC notes arrived with a
vertical bend, oh yeah, that's what we all wanted.
12/01/2005 - I am so
tired of getting crappy notes. This time I even asked the seller before bidding
if the UNC notes were perfect and undamaged. He replied quickly and described
the notes as "mint" condition. How thrilling it was to have receive them with
all the counting ticks, bent corners and folds. Shipping was free this time and
he even placed them in cardboard at my request. Too bad the cardboard only
covered about three-fourths of the note. Look for these soon in my "circulated"
auctions, with all the defects, these notes should have been graded XF.
12/29/2007 - I lucked out and was
out bid on what I thought was good deal. But after contacting the seller I found
out that he wouldn't combine the shipping and charged it for each auction. Not
so good after all.
1/26/2008 - I purchased brick of
banknotes (1000x notes) and the seller dumped them into a flat-rate envelope, no
padding, no wrapping, nothing (not even an invoice to hold them together). The
post office happily damaged one of the 100x packs. Guess I lucked out there too,
could have been the entire lot.
3/31/2008 -
Buying
several lots the seller happily charged me $14.04 for shipping, combining all
the shipping into one big total. Then I receive a letter with $1.48 in stamps.
Wow, 10x the actual shipping cost and he complains because buyers say they never
received items. Well, for $14 could he not afford another $.55 for delivery
confirmation, insurance or priority mail? I was a customer of this seller for 3
years, but he's mad at eBay for increasing the fees and he is taking it out on
his customers. Here's one customer less for him to worry about.
When you buy from us we spend the money
you paid for shipping on shipping!
Buy from us and we will
protect your items for shipping.
We already know the post office won't.
