As an artist, one's call is to discover many unnoticed truths. To find enriching visual experiences that once explored add to the universal dialog. Through this process of exploration the artist becomes part of a greater whole, and a higher awareness.

MA Painting, Purdue University BFA Painting/Printmaking, Jacksonville State University John Crosby is a artist and educator living in Lafayette Indiana. He is a member of the Lafayette Atelier, a school dedicated to keeping alive the classical aesthetic. John received a Stewart-Trane Award of Merit from Purdue University and the Outstanding Achievement in Art Award from Jacksonville State University. His work has been in numerous solo and group exhibitions and is included in several public and private collections including the Jacksonville State University Permanent Collection and the Purdue University Print Archive.
