Insurance --
Insurance is available for items with calculated shipping. It is optional, NOT required. Planet Treasure Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged items. All items are shipped in the same condition as described, pictured, and purchased. All items purchased from Planet Treasure Shop are packed Very Well, to ensure a safe journey to you.
Items will be shipped within 4 days after payment is received.

The Feedback Guarantee --
Upon purchasing an item - Feedback will be left for seller after receiving the item(s).
Upon Selling and item - Feedback will be left for purchaser after feedback is received from purchaser regarding the item(s).
Return Policy/Money Back Guarantee --
Item must be returned within 14 days, in the same condition it was sold and purchased in.
A refund for the item, minus shipping costs, will then be sent by Money Order within 3 days through USPS.
