Mailorder & Bidding

We sell all over the world and are honest with all our customers.PLEASE pay your winning bid or at least email us if you need more time.

We would appricate buyers leaving feedback for us as soon as they get their item.We believe that it is up to the buyer to leave feedback FIRST.(I have left over 14,257 + but have MUCH less than that).We should have over 19,000 feedbacks for as many auctions as we have had since 1998.This shows us that the item has been received and you are happy with it.It also helps us keep track of items mailed. We will then, return the favor.I would not have any reason to leave anything but positive if we get payment.If there is a problem, please contact us before leaving Negative feedback. We might be able to fix the problem in an adult manner.

NOTE: OVERSEAS & CANADA BIDDERS. I can not be responsible for your customs office.Some items like paint is buy at your own risk.I am not familar with each countries rules.

I give people at least 10 days to pay I would expect the same when we ship.We ship out as fast as we can. 1-5 days is normal but sometimes we get busy & it can take longer.PLEASE Refrain from panic and Emailing us ten times asking if we got payment, when will it ship, has it shipped,Why it took 3 days to ship etc...WAIT at least 10 days if you still havn't received the item then Email us.We have many items to ship out per day. and sometimes the mail is just slow.

Here's our Non Paying bidder rules:

Our policy is:We will re-Email a bidder after 7 days if no contact is made.Bidder is then put in our Blocked bidder list till payment arrives. Then file a Non Paying Bidder form on 10th day.After 10 more days (ebay's miminum wait for payment time) We WILL file for our Final Value fees back & Deal is done item is relisted.Negative feedback might be left.If payment arrives late and was already re-sold.I will order another if not in stock and send it ASAP.A bidder will be suspended by Ebay with only 3 NPB forms filed.

MONEY ORDERS: When sending money order payment please include your shipping address on a seperate 8.5 x 11" Paper within the envelope plus the auction number.Do not just write number on the MO or envelope.Small post-it's or papers get lost easy.If no auction number make sure you have detailed discription of what you are paying for.Payments with no information will be delayed till we figure it out.If MO has not been received by us it will be up to you to check to see if MO was cashed.If we made the mistake I will pay the charges by MO issuer w/proof & receipt from them.I will only pay up to $5.00 Max.

SHIPPING RATES Our shipping rates include a handling charge that covers Postage,packaging, envelopes or boxes,tape,staples,paper,pens,printing,etc.Most people understand this but some do not.We don't over charge shipping if I can help it. Remember there are also Substantial Ebay and paypal charges for every item we sell. PLEASE do not email us asking to lower our shipping rates.We will combine items if they end within 1 week.

Do not assume if you keep bidding and adding up items past 1 week I will combine them all... We won't you will get seperate invoices for each week of items.I have a certain amount of time to pay our suppliers and can not change this policy.
